Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Knoxville

We've been ordering from this Jet's about once a week lately, kinda becoming a bit of a family tradition. USUALLY it's fabulous, but NOT tonight. It's the only pizza that I like and will eat. We always spend between 60 and 80 bucks tonight we spent $60. We always get 2 NY style pizzas. 1 mushroom with light sauce and 1 pepperoni with light sauce but tonight we added ham too. It was delivered super fast, so I thought Heck yes! It's gonna be piping hot. Well... boy was I wrong! Usually they arrive hot and fresh and melty, cheesy, piled high with topping and the crust with the perfect crunch. Tonight they came Luke warm at best, hard, stringy, and barely any toppings at all! Tasted almost like they had been microwaved! What gives Jet's? They really dropped the ball tonightt and we were highly disappointed. Not even being smothered in heir fabulous ranch dressing that we buy by the bottle could salvage it. My teenager wouldn't even eat it and that says A LOT!! Hopefully they were just having an off night tonight or something but I wish I would have taken my 60 bucks and went to Cheddsrs tonight or something. I think we will hold off from ordering for a while before...

I'm kind of shocked by some of these reviews. I'd say the company is having friends and family leave reviews in order to bring more people in. The one bad review listed sounds a lot more like our experience. We were having a meeting at work and my manager had me order a few pizza. First, we were shocked at the total that came up, especially since our hotel had been doing advertising for them. We got our pizza and not one of the employees were happy. I brought my daughter to the meeting and gave her a slice. While my manager and I were in the office discussing all the things we did not like about this pizza, my 8 year old daughter barged in saying, "THIS PIZZA SUCKS!!" You know, if an 8 year old child doesn't like your basic pepperoni pizza, you are doing something terribly wrong. The hotel I work for immediately discontinued all advertising for this company and switched back over to Dominos. Last night my son and I were starving at 9:45pm after an event where he couldn't eat food due to egg and dairy allergy. We hit the Google for open places and Jets popped up. We went in and explained quickly we'd not eaten there before and the dude at the register super energized explained the sizes and crusts and confirmed his pizza would be ok for him to eat! He knew the ingredients! He's an outstanding employee! In 10 minutes we ate the most delicious deep dish pizzas! I can't relay to you how many times we said "mmmmmm" "so good" in the first 10 minutes of our drive home! The cheese was that super stretchy kind that just melts in your mouth! I'm surely gonna hit this Jets up again for lunch when we're in Knoxville! The thing that I cannot stress enough is how amazing the attitude was with us coming in so late and having the whole allergy conversation..... Just so patient, courteous, and genuinely happy for us to taste Jets for the first time! Thank you for feeding us so late and being happy to do it!!...
