McDonald's — Restaurant in Knoxville

Everytime I go through the drive threw money order is wrong, or nasty. The last 4 times my order was wrong. When you're in a hurry, and hungry! You have high hopes for some good food. I always order a cheeseburger plain! The last one was full made. The one before I took it back through the drive through and of course! I checked it. The dam top was scrapped off! You can see the color of the mustard and ketchup! I was sure it'd be right after complaining,,, but no! It wasn't. Then first time my family and I, daughter, son in law, and both grandsons ate. I ask for two cheeseburgers plain to go. Children don't like all the stuff. They were fully loaded. So on my way home I went in to change them. Because I didn't have all of the second one. She'd only give me one. I got to my car looked at my one, 1 hamburger and it was loaded as well. I got so mad I threw it to the ground hog behind McDonald's!!!! Yesterday I went threw and got the two for 4$ special. And a cz burger plain and the dam thing was fully prepared!!!! Replace! Appolagise ! Do something! I'm about to go to someone's Supervison!!! Tammy Barger!...

My husband and I went thru the drive thru at McDonald's on Chapman highway at around 615 on Wednesday evening. We ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes with extra hot fudge the total was $6.75 I gave him 7.00 but he tendered 7.07 for what reason idk. Anyways we got our sundaes and there was visibly no extra hot fudge so my husband went in the store to get what we paid for. The man ahead of him was complaining because he never received his order because they had given it away to another customer and the guy behind the counter was giving him a hard time but I don't see why it wasn't the customers fault they weren't even busy at the time. Next was my husband's turn and he told the worker who says his name was Darius a young black male short and thin wth glasses and talks like he wishes he was a woman (I have no problem with that júst being descriptive) he told my husband that there was extra fudge on there but clearly it looked normal as we order these all the time so then he rolled his eyes and proceeded to question about the fudge when really we paid extra for the fudge there should of been no...

Not happy to the point I have to tell the internet and strangers . Ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit substitute scrambled egg using my mobile app for a free hash brown- the manager are so pressed for time they do not put aces in their places I had 4 cars from lane 2 pass me while I wanted to place an order -the older lady on lane one couldn’t get my order right I asked for orange juice she rang me up for orange Fanta - my hash brown wasn’t on my order or in my big I spoke to the manager who had an attitude like I was bothering her. Checked my bag now I only have a hash brown I had to turn around with to get my biscuit and the manager again treated me as if I was lying and bothering her ! Gave me a regular bec biscuit because her employee that took my order did it with no accuracy what’s so ever - getting the customer what they ordered is always most important over times especially what’s a quick time thru time when you gave me the wrong food and pissed me off on top of it I paid 9 dollars for an order that wasn’t close to being correct NOT ONE...
