Very good service, good food! We had Max as a server. Food was 4 Stars- MAX was 5 Stars!! Max was attentive and cordial. We appreciate the kindness and generosity from this well experienced server. He made sure my husband and I were taken care of and had plenty of refills on drinks and whatnot. I had a headache that night, and he still made it enjoyable with his Service and Hospitality. Our little guy colored on his menu, and after a couple of minutes we were ready to order. They didn’t have a direct “General Tsos” option so the Changs Spicy chicken Tastes most like it. The orange chicken was fresh and robust with flavor. However I personally didn’t favor it. We also ordered The Crab Rangoon’s, they weren’t that great compared to some I’ve had in the past… it was light on the flavor and cold in some spots. My husband said it tasted like a trace of cleaning supplies and I had to agree. It was edible though. LOL. We ordered Chicken fried Rice for the little guy and we were all happy as a dog laying in the sun. The place was SO peaceful because we went late at night. And they were actually about to do some improvements as we were leaving…. Max was on top of things like white on rice. Very impressed!! We had decided to not get any dessert, but then after seeing the pictures we QUICKLY changed our Minds. We agreed on the Great Wall of Chocolate!! WOW!! What a Piece of Cake!! The food taste clean and authentic. We LOVE clean food!! This Cake was delicious and HUMONGOUS!! $130 later we left stuffed and full of delicious food, and Great Vibes thanks to Max!! We enjoyed ourselves and we look forward to coming again one day!!
My Recommendations:
-Changs Spicy Chicken in replace of General Tsos -Fried Rice Upgrade Great Wall of chocolate! -Max was Stupendous!! Thank you Again Max!
Pros: -Clean food! -Plenty of Parking -Great Atmosphere -Kids Menu and Kid Friendly -Open Late
Cons: -Upgrades for Rice -Crab Wontons weren’t that’s great. They were okay but not Fantastic. -A little Pricey if you’re not ready( lol if you know what I mean!)
Thank you So Much!! -Karenza and...
Read moreDeeply Disappointed - A Letdown by PF Chang's
I regret to inform fellow diners that my recent visit to PF Chang's was a dismal failure in terms of the dining experience one would expect from such a franchise. To be forthright, this was just your ordinary Chang restaurant, nothing more, nothing less, except for the disappointments that followed.
Firstly, the prices are exorbitant for what you receive. The dishes appear enticing on the menu, but when they arrive, they are no more remarkable than what you'd expect from any run-of-the-mill Asian bistro, yet with a price tag that suggests something far superior. The value for money is simply not there.
Service was middling at best. The staff were neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly, but they lacked the enthusiasm and attention to detail that can turn a meal from a simple act of eating into a pleasant dining experience. I had to ask multiple times for refills on water, and our orders seemed to be an afterthought rather than a priority.
Moreover, the restroom facilities were a travesty. I was appalled to find that the cleanliness and upkeep were on par with what one might reluctantly expect from a local T&A truck stop — certainly not a reputable dining establishment. Such neglect for basic customer comforts is unacceptable.
To add insult to injury, the ambiance was marred by an AC unit that clearly had seen better days. It was dripping steadily, creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic situation for our party. This was not only disruptive but also indicative of poor maintenance and disregard for guest comfort.
In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend PF Chang's based on this experience. It falls short of the mark in so many ways that I can only advise potential patrons to avoid this place and seek culinary satisfaction elsewhere. Consider this a warning to temper your expectations or better yet, dine at an establishment that values the patronage of its customers. Not...

Full disclosure, I judge the quality of most Asian cuisine by the duck dish on the menu.
When this restaurant 1st came to town I brought my whole family in for a dinner. Ordered duck that was less than OK & never came back.
Fast forward several years & my wife wanted to go here because she had lunch here recently & enjoyed it. I suggested Lemongrass remembering our prior experience, but we were minutes away from P.F. Chang's. Started things off with Dragon cocktails, it's a seasonal offering with black salt around the rim of the glass, tequila, fruity blends & rosemary (never tried this, but the drink was so good we went to the bar & ordered more after the meal & sorry I had already finished the drink in the picture; someone really put some deep thought into this beverage because everything blended together artistically).
Next up, Peking Duck and warm sake. The peking duck was absolutely phenomenal. It was cooked to perfection, seared on the outside without being too dry on the inside. The the spicy chili sauce & sweet bbq both complimented the meat along with the vegetables on the delicious flat bread. Don't even get me started on the duck leg (biting into the duck leg & washing it down with some warm sake on a cold winter day was more than a meal, it was an experience to enjoy & remember). If you didn't know duck & sake go together like PBJ now you do.
This is the best duck dish in the Knoxville & East TN area hands down & I will be visiting much more often & very soon, I'm a little concerned because it is a seasonal offering, but tis the season.
