My first experience at this restaurant will be my last. My family and I were the only customers in the restaurant, and somehow they managed toess up our order twice. We gave explicit instructions to the waitress that we wanted very light cheese on one of our pizzas and she gave us her assurance that she understood and would make sure the chef understands. They brought out the 2 pizzas we orders and instead out light cheese on the wrong pizza. The "manager" came out, not with a smile on her face, like we the customers made the mistake. She turned her back and said she would remake the pizza, without giving me a chance to clarify which pizza she would remake. We assumed she would remake the pizza that was suppose to have light cheese, but after a grueling 15-20 minutes (reminder - we were the only customers in the place) the waitress brought out the remade pizza. To our surprise, they remade the wrong one. My father sat patiently waiting for his light cheese pizza, which we are PAYING them to make, and they just didn't get it. We are nice people, perhaps too nice, so we just ate what was there, paid, and left. After reflecting on our experience, I realized something should have been said that night. That was an unacceptable experience, all the way from managerial standpoint, to chef, to wait staff. We will take out business elsewhere...
Read moreHad actually sworn off pizza due to the last couple of times I'd been to two different Pizza Huts, both the service and pizzas were poor. Can't begin to say how happy I am that, after a long pizza drought, I decided to give this location a try. They managed to do a fantastic job with their service and the quality of their pizza.
I placed an online carryout order on a Sunday afternoon and the two ladies that assisted me when picking up my order were extremely nice and helpful. The one even made a point of telling me to check my order before I left with it. That's the first time I've ever had an employee of a food establishment suggest that. Yes, it should be automatic but a lot of people rarely take the time. It's smart on both sides and is a great way to encourage accountability.
Now the pizza - just from looking at it you could tell it was made by someone who takes pride in their work. The toppings were plentiful and evenly distributed and the pan pizza was crispy and absolutely delicious! 😋 It was exactly what one would hope for and expect from a quality establishment. Now, if they could just train the employees at other Pizza Huts to care as much as they do. 🙂
Thank you to the employees at this location for doing such a great job and for restoring my faith in Pizza Hut (in this one anyway). I won't be going anywhere else...
Read moreThis location has seriously gone down hill. Months ago my friend and I came for dinner, were sat, ordered, and after waiting for an hour and a half for food that never came we left. This past Saturday (August 31st) I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again and i drove there and arrived at around 5:30 pm. There were two workers just sitting at the front talking and they had blocked off the dining room and closed it. They were doing nothing but obviously riding the clock. I asked if I could dine and was told no, as if the context clues weren't enough. I promptly turned around and left. If they can't have the dining room open close the store completely. To turn away business on a saturday night is crazy. I will not be patronizing this location ever again. I'll take my hard earned money else where. Clearly no one cares about this location or running a good business. I have never seen such a poorly run restaurant. Someone has to be aware and just doesnt give a crap. Id beware ordering anything from here considering how careless and unprofessional they are. Beware! Try another location or shop at a different company...
