I order from restaurants with drive through because I am disabled and mobility challenged with difficulty walking. Went to drive through, and asked to get my sandwiches. Guy working said drive through was closed as he was emptying trash. Tried to ask again because he didn't let me tell him why. He turned off the mic and ignored. Drove to the front and very slowly walked to shelf to pick up. I have a very pronounced limp and uneven gait. He walked in, saw me walking slow, and started laughing to himself. Didn't even greet me being in the restaurant at all, which I would at least expect. I got my sandwiches, opened one to eat it, the turkey and ham was one slice a piece as thin as Land O' Frost shaved meat. It looks as though he took apart a meat pack, and divided it between 2 footlongs instead of it going on one. I understand that BOGO means cutting corners, but really? Because I bought it in the app? And I tipped him really well when in reality his attitude and service were a poor representation of the brand and restaurant? I am not saying don't eat here. He was the only one there. When you don't have any support, I guess you don't care about your performance. But I suggest you don't order ahead. You go in and watch them make the sandwich. I personally will never come back simply for laughing at my disability. You can make your own determination. I am really kinda shocked because I am kind to everyone in the service industry. It's typically a thankless job. I had an additional $5 cash tip I was going to hand them, but oh well. I hope they get the help at that location that they need. And maybe some sensitivity training? Hope he just had a bad day that day and has a better one tomorrow. Still not an excuse for...
Read moreThis store is run by poor management time and time again. The employees that have been around for a while are great; but it seems every 2-3 months there is a new manager and something else is broken.
On top of that. They fired their longest working employee there, basically their backbone employee that got all the prep done and could run the entire drive through by himself. But let's fire the guy for being 15 minutes late even when he called ahead of time explaining the delay.
Unprofessional management and an even more unprofessional corporate office.
Go to Lennys or Jimmy Johns before you go here.
The food is hardly fresh...meat is pre sliced in packages, sometimes showing up from the distribution center almost expired. The produce is god awful and the walk in cooler had mold growing on the ceiling at one point.
Don't eat here or give them your business. They don't deserve it.
Signed, a disgruntled ex-subway employee.
The current manager, Angie is a loud mouthed and rude person. Her management style resembles that of a dictatorship and she has zero people skills. On top of that she hires on her personal friend and gives her the good shift 7am-3pm that the employee that had worked there for nearly 4 years had his schedule set like that for the entire time. Only to have hours cut and given weak 4-5 hour shifts in the middle of the day ( 11-5 or 3-8 ) so she could give her friend the good shift so they can hang out and good off instead of working. Great management...
Read moreThis was THE BEST Subway experience that I have had in the last decade!!! I have had so many poor experiences at other locations that I had stopped dining at Subway within the last few years. Today I happened to be waiting on a mechanic with my husband who suggested stopping at Subway. I reluctantly entered as the options near the mechanic were limited. Initially the plan was simply to use the restroom and wait while my husband ordered. We were greeted upon entry, and I immediately noticed how clean the restaurant was enroute to the restroom. When I observed how clean the restroom was I became interested in their health inspection rating. It was a 99%! I chatted with Carrie and let her know how impressed I was with the restaurant and told her that I would be back to order in a little while. Well, I went for a walk and afterwards made sure that I had lunch at Subway. It was the lunch rush, but the staff got through the line quickly, they were pleasantly friendly, my meal was delicious and I remembered the days that I dined at Subway more frequently. I can't say this for most locations that I've been to in this area, but I know that I'll be back to THIS Subway. I can suggest and recommend anyone who enjoys deli style subs to visit Carrie and the rest of the staff here! Thanks for a great lunch experience, see...
