Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Knoxville

This location is my first experience with Dutch Bros, and I've been going 2-3x a week since they opened. Drinks are delicious no matter what I try, and the staff is always so friendly. Price isn't bad either- today I got a medium golden eagle chain for $5.38. Keeping in mind that it's a new location regularly having a line wrapping around to the street, I think service is pretty fast all things considered. My only complaint has nothing to do with the service and only the location/layout. With the line often going out to the street, I'd love to utilize the parking/walkup options, but you often have to wait in line behind several cars before you can even reach the parking spots then risk getting blocked in. The one time I tried parking, my car was blocked in for a long time because the cars around me had nowhere to maneuver and more cars just kept coming that didn't realize I was trying to get out. I have never had an issue in the past from this location but this week they are off there game. I have come here twice this week and they have messed up my order both times. I ordered there new seasonal drink first time they for got an ingredient (sweet cream), so I went to my local location Maryville and they made it right no problem, I really enjoyed it when it had everything in it. This time went back to this location, because it is closer to my job, and ordered the same thing which they forgot to even put it with my order the first go around so came back to get it and it was obviously wrong. When I made the comment that it was not write. They asked what was wrong with it and I stated it was supposed to be green drink you know emerald is the name of the drink and was told it is green. New location in west knoxville. Easy entry and exit available at this location.

The exterior was clean and there is a double drive thru with a walk up window as well.

We received a friendly greeting from the person who was waiting to take our order in the drive thru. The menu is very limited compared to other locations that I have visited in the past.

What made this rating low is the extremely long wait to receive our one drink we ordered. From the time we ordered to get our beverage it was over 15 minutes in the drive thru line. And the even greater downfall is that this was during a slow period with only 4 cars ahead of us and a few cars behind.

The beverage tasted good and yet it was defintiely not worth the wait since the smoothie was half melted by the time we got it and the price was in my opinion over priced for what it was.
