I have been here several times and the service has always just been okay. I have always gotten the all you can eat wings. We always sit on the non-smoking side which you have to wait a long time for somebody to even come and take your order. We went here yesterday and the service was just terrible. The waitress took a long time to take our orders. When our orders came out I had the wrong dipping sauce because I had asked for blue cheese dressing. Well after waiting about 10 minutes or so for the waitress to come back so I could tell her I had the wrong dressing I started eating because I didn't want to eat cold wings. When she did come back to take our order again I told her my dressing was wrong and she said she would fix it. We also learned that they had change over to the big jumbo wings of which I am not a fan of at all. Also we ordered fries that was only a handful for the price was ridiculous. The sodas were very flat and tasted horrible. To top it off for the worst service we had ever had here they charged us an extra dollar for the dressing that they got wrong. Plus we found out that the all you can eat wings had gone up 2 dollars since we had been there last month. When I brought up the issue about the dressing to the waitress she was very rude and smart. She replied by saying but you ate it and walked away. I didn't understand her attitude because she was the one that brought me the wrong dressing and didn't come back until it was time for her to ask if we wanting more wings. I will definitely never go back here even if it was free. Service stinks, prices are too high, and bad attitudes. They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to give in order to post this review. By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at bullfeathers. As a customer that comes at least once a year to celebrate her birthday, I’m sad to say last night was my LAST NIGHT going to bullfeathers unless they get themselves together. I came last night to celebrate my birthday as I always do. I just wanted to drink eat the food that never disappoints and enjoy the people who had courage to do karaoke. I started by ordering a drink that I’m familiar with having, my sister did as well. When they came, our drinks tasted like water, WATER ! Me never being one to confront I wanted to let someone know. I went to a lady that claimed she made it and she laughed in my face and walked off. I then went to the blonde lady that claimed she was the manager in which she starting yelling at me and states “I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO IM NOT REMAKING IT AND YOURE PAYING FOR IT” I stated as plain as day I came to pay because I normally enjoy it, I have no problem paying and I wasn’t trying to give them a hard time, I just wanted a drink that I could enjoy if I was paying for it. She left the drinks on the counter and walked off rolling her eyes. I completely understand that it was busy maybe she was overwhelmed. But the way she spoke to me upset me. I’m paying I plan to pay and buy a numerous amount of drinks to celebrate but not if you’re gonna be rude.
