The service at this location is always exceptional. If I could give that 5 stars alone I would. However, Starbucks corporate needs to take a serious look at where they’re cutting costs. The cups are soooo thin. Like half the thickness they used to be. Several times in the 6 months or so the cup collapses when I pick it up. I’ve been burnt, I’ve ruined a $130 shirt and $100 tie. If I order tea or espresso then it’s always double cupped because of the heat difference. The app has no option to add an extra cup and doesn’t have a comment/request box when you order to be able to request one. If the cups were thicker it would make them more sturdy and less conductive of heat. Kill two birds with one stone. Do better corporate. Your retail employees shouldn’t have to get a 3 star review for 5 star service just because you’re charging more for...

Came here both during the morning and afternoon and had drastically different experiences. Morning crew was rude, stuck up and didn't seem very customer oriented at all. My drink wasn't even hot and the manager was too busy snapping at her employees to actually acknowledge me when I wanted to inquire about a refund. However I previously came here during the afternoon and the experience was much more pleasant. The snooty manager wasn't there and the guy at the counter actually bothered to listen to my order and make it right. They were incredibly pleasant and much more coordinated than morning crew. To preface this...I order pink drinks DAILY. I order extra base, no ice (at several Starbucks in tri city as I travel alot). I happily tipped $2 for the "trouble" Not only was I charged for "no ice", I watched the lady unenthusiastically make it wrong ( drk haired guy took my order).
