Taco Bell — Restaurant in Knoxville

If I can give a zero star. A horrible place to go. Crew are not friendly, entitled, and don't understand what customer service at all. Ordered at drive through, the guy taking the order couldn't or doesn't care to speak clearly. Ordered two orders of cinnamon twist, cruntchwrap supreme which I asked to have tomatoes on it, and some other food. When I got my order, I even asked the guy if all my food are in the bag, he didn't even say a word but nodded. That is their customer service. After got home, two orders of cinnamon twist are not in the bag, and cruntchwrap supreme has everything but tomatoes. Called them, the guy picked up the phone state that I was yelling at him and hang up. If you can't understand the frustration after driving 30 mins to get home and thought I will enjoy the meal, but to find everything is wrong, also if you can't take responsibility to put a fast food together, you should be working there. I will dispute my charge on the credit card and stay away...

The ladies restroom is horrrible the was poop and pee all over the toilet seat and in the floor and all over and inside the trash can the paper towel dispenser was jamed the walls and floors were nasty my husband went into the mens restroom and said it was just as bad and the employees that worked there wasnt nice and was very slow just horrible horrible service all the way around I will never ever go back and ive told all my family and none of them will go back either there was one employee there that was the only nice one he was I believe a light skin black gentlemen and he was outside sweeping the parking lot of trash and had a tattoo on his right upper arm its a black tatto that wraps around his right upper arm he was the nicest one there and seems to be the only one cleaning he should get a raise congrats to him and him only the rest were horrible and so was the restaurant. Been there twice 1st time forgot potatoe bowl 2nd time got there Dawn was rude and I wanted 2 potato bowls @ 1:20 am said there couldn't make them so I said I'd take a chalupa box said couldn't make those either fryers where being cleaned so stuck with taco Supremes so got them made it to fort Sanders where wife just had my child give her the food thinking I did a good thing and no meat on tacos called 3 times finally got manager on phone told her what was going on she said that's really hard to believe cause I made the tacos so i go to ask about potato bowls and chalupas she said we always clean fryers 30 minutes before closing so no potato bowls or chalupas at 130 til 2am would be nice for a response from corporate office hmm taco Bell here sucks...
