(Purely judging this as diners - not drinking or watching a game) (Edited within one hour of original 3 Star Post) Initially Gave a 3 Star!!! But quickly changed to 1 Star!! Read bottom for update.

The service - We got here around 8pm on a Monday. Didn’t seem busy. The service was quick we had a very nice waitress. Waters refilled and extra napkins and ranch brought quickly.

The food - Ordered the ‘Boom Boom shrimp Poboy’. It’s breaded shrimp with a “boom boom” sauce. It looked very good but there was something off about the taste. The breading and the sauce on the shrimp was good. The tomato and lettuce was fresh enough. Now the shrimp is where it goes down hill. The shrimp just had a flavor as if it was manufactured in a shoe factory. Almost as if was made of cardboard. (Not expecting fresh out of the bayou taste but okay)

The other order was a pulled pork bbq sandwich and it was very good. I was spared as they gave me the other half of their sandwich as my second half of sandwich just wasn’t worth the suffering.

The fries on both plates were old, semi cold, and semi soggy.

Dessert- ordered the Krispy Kreme Bread pudding. It was a good highlight. A bit too hot when it came out but a couple of minutes of cooling and it was edible temp. (Microwave no worries).

It’s a sports bar so I’m not I’m asking for amazing food. Overall I’d say it was okay but the shrimp wasn’t edible. I would not get any shrimp dishes if I came again.

Within my 20 minute drive home it hit me! The bubble guts and squeezing pain. I nearly shidded in my pants on my way home. I was able to hold it in long enough to defile my toilet. Miserable time. I can’t count the amount of times this has happened to me on one hand. I do not have a weak stomach/ immunity. Last time this happened to me I was in a second world country eating food I can’t pronounce. Brutal and miserable experience today...

After hearing great things about this restaurant, I decided to finally go check it out. I think going on game day for Tennessee… was a big mistake. 😂 There was a decently long wait time and it is extremely loud in the building - but that is to be expected at a place that has a TV on every wall you look at. But besides that, the food was good, but not great.

As a starter, my party ordered the Devils On Horseback & Spinach and Artichoke Dip. I must say, the Devils on Horseback is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and by far my favorite thing at this establishment. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip was good, but nothing to write home about.

As my meal, I decided to split the Ribeye Poboy and Mardi Gras Mahi with another person in my party. The Ribeye Poboy was good, I had never had something like it before and it was alright. I was hyped for the Mardi Gras Mahi as I had heard a lot of great things about it, but I wasn’t really impressed. It may of had to do with who was cooking that night, but I felt like it lacked seasoning. With it, I felt like it would be really good - but without it, it was okay.

So, after my first visit, I was a little disappointed, and so was everyone else in my party. Although, I wanted to give it a second try, mainly because I felt there are better things on the menu (and I wanted the Devils On Horseback again lol). This time, it was WAY better.

On my second visit, I ordered the Tuscan Chicken. This thing was packed with flavor and is very visually appealing. I absolutely loved it. Everyone else in my party ordered different things as well, and they felt their food was better as well.

Overall, give this place a shot! It’s a neat atmosphere and has...

First time dining at Walk ONS and it was very good for a chain type restaurant/ sports bar. Great food selection and drinks. Definitely would come back.

We have been here a few times now and have always enjoyed it. The last time about a week ago we went here for my wife's birthday dinner. I wanted to take her somewhere more fine dining but my daughter and wife decided on walk ONS and I had no problem because of past experiences. I don't want to make this long but our service was terrible and the pace was not busy at all. Our waitress was not at all attentive. When we done with dinner she wanted to get us our check and did not ask if we wanted dessert or anything else. I asked for a dessert menu...she brought one and never came back after al.oat 30 minutes I told my wife and daughter to go to the car I was not happy and actually thought of just leaving but that's not who I am. So I went to the check in and told them what happened and I just wanted to pay my bill and they got a Manager. I explained what happened and she apologized for it and said that they are told to get help if overwhelmed. There was nothing to be overwhelmed with and the waitress came over and I nicely explained how I felt and she apologized and said she had a big table....that table was right next to us. I have been in the service industry for close to 40 years and I was not happy. This was unacceptable and also easily avoided. We really like this place but one more experience like this and I will never go back as it is....it will be awhile. I appreciated the apology but it still ruined our dinner and my...

Went to meet some friends on a Friday night and we went early so we were able to be seated quickly. I love Cajun food so I was excited. The servers we encountered were really nice. Longer skirts might be a little more appropriate or at least pants or something underneath for those with shorter skirts that showed people’s underwear would be nice. The food was good. I haven’t been to any authentic Cajun food in Knoxville so this was the best I’ve had in town. My favorite spot for this type of food that I’ve been to outside of Louisiana is still in Hilton Head. Portions were pretty big so I made two meals out of it. Seafood is always expensive so the price was pretty average for seafood. I would go again but probably not all the time. The parking lot is strange to get to. You can’t get to it off Kingston Pike and you have to go around the side. Google directions don’t tell you this and I had to circle around to get into the parking lot. Update 6/24/2024: Still good. The logs were too toasty/dark for my kids but my husband and I thought they were good. The fried gator was pretty good. I think I prefer the pieces to be a bit thicker so it’s more meat than breading. The beignets were decent as well. They could have been a little lighter, they seemed kind of dense. We came to watch TN in the College World Series and were pleased to see it on every screen. The atmosphere is great for watching sports and the food is good. Our server Nathan B was also nice.

If you like salty food, slow service and $4 apple 🍏 slices for the kids...this is the place for you. The restaurant atmosphere was amazing from the initial greeting to the table. Unfortunately, the visit declined from there. The food was a bit salty for us. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived but took forever for appetizers and food to come out 🤷‍♂️. The shrimp and grits were over seasoned. Shrimp was rubbery and salty, grits had been staged for a while and super sweet? Three of the entrees came with waffle fries, they were completely inedible with the amount of salt on them. The biggest surprise of the visit was on our bill. We had ordered a side of apples for the kiddo, it was 3 tiny slivers of granny smith apple. We were charged $4 for that.... $80 bucks later, no Thanks. As far as COVID precautions go... most of the staff was visible with a chin strap, masked up when dealing with the tables. Being empty they still sat people with no social distancing. 😑 Our experience only, you make your own conclusions. They are a newer establishment so they might need to work on a few things. 🤷‍♂️
