Such an excellent experience with these people! My father‘s watch was in need of a repair due to his watch band coming off from a missing pin. After a few other places told me I could send it off with them for anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks for the repair, I ended up checking with Reeds. Cameron the sales rep came out and greeted me with a warm professional greeting. I showed him the watch. Different from the other businesses, he optimistically told me to give him a little time in the back to see what he could do. When he returned, he didn’t just replace the broken pin. He replaced both pins because he said they looked as if they needed it, he replaced the battery as well. And whatever he did to clean it, at first made me not realize it was the same watch. I was truly blown away. My father has had this watch for a very long time and these days suffers with dementia. This watch is one of the things that gives him a peace with its familiarity and good memories. Cameron went over the top just to do a good job and please a customer, but didn’t even realize on a larger level what he did for my father. I cannot thank Roy enough! I had a big trip planned to Australia with my family for my 30th birthday and wanted a new watch to celebrate my birthday. I called Reeds Jewelers three days prior to my trip explaining that I wanted a new watch and apologized for the short lead time. Roy stated that they did not currently have my desired watch in stock, the Longines 39mm black Zulu Time, however he will do everything within his power to get it for me prior to my trip. I received a phone call from Roy the very next day saying he express overnight shipped the watch from another location to the store here in Knoxville and that it was ready for me to pick up. Less than 24 hours after my initial phone call and Roy was able to have my dream watch delivered to Knoxville and ready for me. Talk about customer service!! Just incredible!! I am beyond happy with my experience at Reeds and I will be returning in the future for additional business. My experience started with me bringing a Tag Heuer watch of mine to the mall to see about getting just a pin replaced for the band. Previously I had been told by another jewelry store in the West Town mall that the did not sell the pins and that it would cost between $25-$50 to replace. After stopping by Reeds Jewelers, I asked about buying a pin for my watch. The manager on duty, Roy not only said he could just give me a pin but would put it on and clean the watch for free. I offered to at for the pin and service and Roy went above and beyond to assist me.
