Read moreThis location has the RUDEST workers. Its customer service is just generally overall the worst out of any fastfood restraunt location ive ever been to. You can tell how much they hate you being there as soon as you pull up to the drive thru to order. Lindsey the girl they have working mid day durring most days is sometimes on cash or deive thru orders is the worst of them all. I usually dont say anything to managers but she was hateful when we pulled up never told us the total including when we pulled around. In fact she didnt say anything at all she just held her hand out glaring at me for my card. I have to ask for my receipt every time and they act like its such an inconvenience. Read moreHonestly, where do I begin. My wife and I just got off our shift and wanted to enjoy the Wednesday Addams meal. We pulled up at 12:30 AM and was greeted by I want to say her name was Muriel or Miriam and she wasn’t who this complaint is about. I work at Buddy’s Bar-B-Que so we know how it feels to be 30 minutes from close but a customer is still a customer the manager on duty had no name tag and was rude. We ordered the food and were asked to pull up. We pulled up to the door after paying like we were asked. They served the car in front of us and then the manager looked us dead in the face and walked off. We waited by the door for about 20-30 minutes so I reverse to the window just to have the manager rudely sign that they're closed. After we paid he basically said no. He had brown hair and wore a red polo. Honestly the fact that we used to eat here all the time and it just went downhill is beyond frustrating. We will not be back to the Broadway location.
