Wendy's — Restaurant in Knoxville

I don't know who the manager at this store is but the staff here are below par. I went Friday to get food for my wife and I. The lady at the window gave me my drink said pull forward we are waiting for your baked potato. Cool no worries. After 10 minutes a guy brings just my potato out. I said "sir this isn't all of my order" to his reply "ok I'll brb" I sat there for another 5 minutes waiting no one came back. So I parked and went in. I told the guy running the register what happened. He went around the grill and told the guy who brought my food. I here the guy on the grill say "well it wasn't on my screen and I'm not giving it to him" then I guy I spoke with goes to the back. Granted I showed them my receipt but that wasn't good enough. I stood there for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention until the lady working the drive through walked up and said are you still waiting on your potato? No I'm waiting on my other meal. She attempted to give me free frosties to smooth things over. At this point I was 30 minutes in waiting for a burger and a fry. They got all got an attitude when I spoke up that all I wanted was my food so I could get home after wasting 30 minutes there. Will not be back I will go to a different fast food chain there before I ever order...

My family came in to order food the we ordered several sandwiches and 2 salads. After we paid he stated they didn’t have any Cobb salads. I asked him to remove one but the cook said he could take one of the taco salad but they where out of egg we said make one but take the other salad off the cashier immediately was upset because he did not want to refund our money for the salad .cashier his name was different but he wore glasses slim dreads with a very bad attitude he even got madder when I ask which bags where the chicken sandwiches and with a very smart and mean voice he said look your self! I say very low because there were other customers. I not for sure why you are being unprofessional but I just ask a question because you made the bags (8 meals). and he said so you can look for yourself. I ask for the manager and he was rude to him as well. He did not even give us our whole order. The manager and a lady cook began to assist us with the rest of our order. Never will I come back. May 9th 2024 @ 7:30pm some one needs to remove him from the front or teacher...

First off i want to start off by saying Wendy's is my favorite fast food place. There is two routes to my work, Asheville Hwy & Strawberry Plains. I usually go the asheville hwy route. I usually eat at home before going into work where i work 12 hour shifts. Some days when im running a little behind i do not eat at home. Instead i head out the door and i take the faster of the routes which is Strawberry plains. I ALWAYS choose Wendy's to grab something but it really frustrates me when i get to work and my order is wrong one way or another. I'm not talking about little problems like pickles when i said no pickles. I'm talking a completely different sandwich from the one i ordered problems. I'm not one to complain over one mistake, but this as happened more then twice already. The Wendy's on asheville hwy as never got my order wrong so i know it just isnt bad luck on my part. lol.
