I'm giving them one star just because I cant give anything less. I had went into details on what happened but my browser closed and I lost all of what I said so ill make this short and to the point. Ordered food from them the 4 for 4 and the entire meal was screwed up. Spoke to ana the manager and she said that she would replace it the next day since I was already at work. I went in today to have it replaced and she would only replace the nuggets. stated that she never said she would replace the meal and called us liars. I have never been treated with that much disrespect b4 I asked to speak to a manger that was above her and she said that there wasnt anyone above her that I can take the nuggets or not that she didnt care. We got into a heated argument but I didnt curse or anything then another employee got into it and said there were customers in the store and they didnt have time to deal with it. I told the employee that I wasnt getting loud and that I was talking to the manager about this and he said that he didnt know what was going and didnt want to know, that she was the boss and what she says goes and it wasnt going to hurt them if they lost one customer.... I will never go back to this store again and I hope everyone that continues to go to this store will have better luck than I did and are treated with more respect be sure to check your order before you leave or ana will screw u over on it and the other employee that runs the front register just doesnt care about customer service its just about making the manager happy. Read moreDon’t eat here. I’ve tried to eat at this Wendy’s multiple times over the span of three years, and every single time I’ve had one of the worst experiences in a restaurant that is possible.
Frequently, it takes anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour and a half to get your food. Even in drive-thru. On one occasion, I gave up after twenty five minutes of waiting, drove twenty minutes down the road to get food somewhere else, passed by this place on the way back, and the same car I was behind for those twenty five minutes was still in the exact same spot in line. That’s a total of an hour and five minutes and not one car moved.
If you manage to get up to the speaker box, be prepared to be told to wait, and then sit in your car for probably another fifteen minutes.
On the rare occasion you do manage to get all the way through the line, your food will likely be cold and, if you got fries, old and soggy.
I’ve worked in multiple fast food places myself and know how these places run, so I genuinely cannot fathom why it’s so poorly run or why it takes so long to get the food made. My only running theory is that they take someone’s order, stand around doing nothing while they slowly make that person’s food, and then move on to the next person.

Read moreOn the night of 11/17/2021, I proceeded to pull into this Wendy's drive-thru. There was no one in line. The worker from drive-thru asked if we could wait a second before ordering, which was fine because we didn't know exactly what we wanted anyways. Once we began ordering, I ordered one #2 meal and started to order another meal when the server said they could only complete one meal at a time because they were short-staffed, which didn't make sense to me. She then changed her mind, and said she could. Keeping in mind there was just me and one car behind me this whole time, and no car in front of me. However, the real problem was when I went to pay, and watched the drive-thru employee take a photo of my debit card. She proceeded to make a joke about wanting to go home because she knows I watched her take a photo of my card. Obviously as soon as the payment went through for the Wendy's order, I cancelled the card so that this employee would not have my card info on file. We also received an incorrect food order for waiting 15 min for our order.
