Arby's — Restaurant in Kohler

The food gets a 4 stars but the service a 1 star. Twice they have shorted me on my order. First time I got home to find out a sandwich was missing. Then today before I leave their area, I checked and they have me 3 sandwiches and I ordered 4. You cannot go inside and the drive through was extremely busy and slow. So I called explaining I was just in drive through and what I was missing. They wanted me to wait because they had orders to fill. Excuse me, my order was in before the new ones and they did not fill it correctly and I had to wait. After I complained more, they sent someone out with my sandwich. If your order is more than two sandwiches, check your bag at the drive up window to make sure your order is right and if not, they can make it right...

Food was fine, but took a long time. We went in and was another couple with their daughter who got their food and finished eating before our 2 sandwiches were out. They were out on the hot tray, but the employees were in a group ranting about who I can assume is their store or district manager instead of bagging the order, the employee who was on bagging when we walked in was busy eating in the kitchen area, proceeded to walk past our order that was waiting to be bagged to grab napkins and wipe his face, then walked to the back. Worst experience I ordered chicken burger there was no mistake at all . I told her thrice or may be more than that but she was very unwelcoming since I enter , she was giving me weird looks. I went to eat on dining but the food was packed and they gave me bacon (ON MY RELIGION I CAN’T EAT BACON) after having a bite I knew it wasn’t chicken and then looking at the bill I realize she didn’t order chicken she did bacon and when she coming to the cashier she again gave me that look and went inside and another staff refunded it.
