Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kokomo

I wasn't going to say anything about my experience with my local pizza hut. My favorite pizza joint that I have loved now for more than 40 years. But. If I did that I wouldn't be doing anyone any favours. I had the worst service I have ever had the other night. So let's start off with saying there is a real problem with customer service. When you place an order most of the time its not the store taking your order. When I used to call them they knew what I wanted. It was like a family kinda feeling. They know me. Well they don't do that anymore. They messed up my order and when I got home and realised it ,I called them to only be hung up on by the stores manager. When I called back they wouldn't answer. When I got to the store, the manager basically wanted to just refund my money instead of making my pizza right. 🍕 In the end they remade my pizza and it was OK, I won't go back,and I hate it. I miss the old time, personal and professional interaction with the staff. It no longer exists . I never see anyone at this restaurant anymore and...

Ordered delivery, on time… HOWEVER, the pizza was warm AT BEST (had to microwave it). Ordered Cinnabon icing dip that looked expired. It wasn’t even dip at that point, it looked straight like old chunky expired milk. This isn’t even the worst thing about this meal. The worst thing about this meal was 100% the breadsticks. Not even breadSTICKS…. just bread… because the sticks WERE NOT cut. I had to cut each piece myself. This Pizza Hut is not even busy like that, they have no reason to send food like that, they don’t get business like that. I see why. At this point I’m over the pizza not being warm, just cut the dang breadsticks. And I’m paying $1.29 for cheese sauce, at least fill the whole cup...

We walked in and sign said wait for server. Then this tall lanky kid with red and pink hair and his pizza hat on backwards walked up and said seat where ever you want. He took our order and we said super supreme with no green pepper he said ok and smiled and said I’ll tell them to add extra green pepper. We got the pizza and it was good just like we ordered.we had to tell him to bring plates and then no silverware. My husband went an asked for silverware. He did not asked if we wanted refills or anything. We even had to go up to the register to get our check! We left no tip because he did basically nothing! We won’t be back!
