7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Kokomo

I have always loved 7 brew and was so excited when it came to Kokomo! For the most part it’s good. I get all sorts of different drinks, but no drink ever taste the same the next time I get it. I have used my free drink on drinks that aren’t made correctly and it’s a big bummer. It’s definitely hit or miss if it’s going to be good. There was one day I was in the drive through and the crew were throwing drinks. When I got to the register the guy asked if I wanted to “see something really cool” he then had my drink thrown to him from inside the building and I was in the second lane. I love this place, the coffee is delicious and the service is fast and very welcoming.

I did have one bad experience the last time I went. First, the girl that took my order had an attitude like she didn't want to be there, then she didn't ask for my rewards number and then she got my order wrong. I was on my way out of town and didn't even take a sip until I was on the highway. I was so upset! My whole mood took a hit because i was so looking forward to drinking that coffee that I love on my way.

But anyways, you guys still deserve 5 stars because I won't let 1 bad experience ruin my favorite coffee place for me.

But I hope you all weed out this bad apple or maybe she just had a bad day. Idk . But please stress the importance of consistency...

I have been coming to 7brew since it opened, love a lot of the workers. BUT, i come every day, spend 15-30 dollars plus a 25% tip to have to have it remade or go home with a drink that i won’t even drink because it has no syrup in it/it’s made incorrectly at least 3 to 4 times a week. I also do not appreciate, one of your workers ( Alexis ) harassing me, i do not appreciate her cussing around my car with my child in it, over a conversation my husband and i were having after payment was already complete and she was walking away.
