Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kuna

Only because I can't give 0 stars. They were open until 11 tonight and there was no other restaurants open in Kuna so we decided to go eat dinner at Pizza hut around 9:45. Once we walked in the door we were greeted with a frustrated face. We asked the lady if they were still open and she shuts off the dining room lights and says only for carry out. So we decided to just order for carry out. We ordered a dinner box then sat and waited. Got our food and left. Got home and realized we only got a medium pizza... No dinner box. We called to let the lady know our order was wrong. I work in customer service and understand mistakes happen, not a big deal at all but why I only gave 1 star is because of the way the lady reacted to my phone call. She argued with me and proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Never offered to make anything right even though it was only 10:30. Finally before hanging up she offered a $5 credit. Worst customer service I have had to deal...

Always friendly helpful staff here. I've never ate at the restaurant but salad bar looks fresh and typically always well stocked, least when I've been in for pickup it looks decent enough. Typically never a wait and their pretty accurate on the timeframe they provide if not quicker. Order accuracy has always been on point, their might have been a missed side sauce over the years we've ordered here, but they are always quick to remedy that.

Food is what it is, its Pizza Hut, and always tastes like pizza hut. This review is more on the establishment itself as we all know the flavors. In regards to the menu I think the one massively empty area is not offering a to go salad honestly. Heck give me a single pass on the salad bar to go and that would be great and charge me by weight if you dont want to offer prebuilt, or charge by the container size :) only reason we typically go elsewhere. I went in to order a pizza and was a little indecisive due to being tired after a full day's work and having not slept well the days prior. During my visit my card had a hiccup so I had to check my balance so I canceled my last order well after I fixed the card I changed my order I even answered the older gentleman when he asked if I wanted my original order or my new one since I changed the order after I fixed the card well they can't hear that well or didn't care enough to try because the older gentleman then tried to push through both the old order and new one then commented thanks for wasting our money when I mentioned I only wanted my most recent order. So don't try to walk in this place if your not a female because they will treat you very badly I only wish I could pilut...
