McDonald's — Restaurant in La Cañada Flintridge

I haven't had time to make a formal complaint but I will soon make it to the McDonald's Coportate to complain the poor management this store has. We order 4 different types of meals which included ( 1 fries, 1 drink, nugget & either mcchicken or mcddouble) we drive through the drive-thru and received ab incomplete order! We reported to the person handling the food that there were 2 mcddoubles missing and to please check, which, he called his manager (AMPARO) and she kept fighting over the food being in there which in this case we offered to show her the bags where the food was, she kept saying she wanted to get in the car to check if we were saying the truth, and we say "come in, and see yourself" the burgers aren't here" we even offered to returned the food which was literally handled to us 2 seconds before she came in. She kept insulting us and calling us liars saying she was doing us a favor for giving us OUR buggers which we paid for and she kept insisting to look inside the bag which we never denied her to! She made us feel like thiefs over a 2 dllrs burger, I asked to either give us the refund or give us my food. It was such unpleasant experience and horrible service! Never got treated like this in my life. I never fight over burgers, she made me being late to work and she kept insinuating things instead of checking the cameras to verify our food wasn't given to us. This store needs to please pay attention to the kind of people they put in charge and to have a detailed attention to the orders. NEVER coming back! I will be putting a formal complaint because she cannot be blaming people for things they didn't do, specially customers! Specially for not even checking and blind blaming people for her poor...

Paid for a full meal. Left without eating anything.

Ordered a complete meal at 2:45 on a Monday, at one of the kiosks. When you order for "dine in," you are told to take a numbered triangle, have a seat, and they bring the food out to your table. The printed receipt, which indicates the order number, had no print on it. Likely out of ink. I sat.at a table behind a wall but near the counter. I waited... and waited. and waited. The manager was calling out to-go orders. My table order was 3, and he never called it. But plenty of 3-digit numbers had to fo orders. Eventually, he called out "568... Table number 3!". So i got up,.walked over to the counter to find my order, now stone cold, sitting there, like a forlone lonely sandwich. Touching the food with the back of my hand all the items were stone cold. The manager had been calling my invisible order number, and neglected to have the food delivered to the table, as the kiosk instructed. The Manager wasn't with the food, it was sitting there unattended, with other customers grabbing items around it I think that is pretty disgusting, not just the ice cold food, but the unsanitary condition and situation it was left in. I couldn't imagine eating cold meat and fries, left sitting in a room of strangers for that long. The manager was unavailable, but i left the numbered table stand on the order, and left.

Disgusting. Inept. Malicious? Maybe. But probably just inept and...

I was waiting in the drive through line for over 30 mins which is ok because of this Covid19 so I understand but after all that wait I ordered food and the lady at the drive through said everything was in the bag I asked if she was sure she said yes and I asked her where the condiments were and she told me it's under all the food. I got home and first they didn't give my 8 year old sons fries and there was no condiments at all. I called there because I got home and it was a bit of a drive so I didn't want to go back and wait in that line again, when I called there a gentleman picked up and I asked if he was the manager and he said yes one of them so I explained what had happened and he said good for letting me know in a very careless way and told me there is nothing he can do and for me to do whatever I wanted about it. So here I am letting people know their unprofessionalism at that Mc Donald's in La Canada. I think if someone is willing to work somewhere they should treat their clients right. This was on July 22nd around 3:00pm I am putting the date and time so if the CEO wants to know who was the manager working at that time and the drive through lady too. I will never in my life go to this...
