Date of Visit: Saturday, May 10, 2025 Order Method: Online Pickup Issue: Incomplete Order, No Refund, Poor Service
I’ve never experienced such slow, incompetent, and illogical service—not just at Subway, but at any restaurant. I placed an online order and arrived at the store to pick it up, only to be ignored. After standing in line behind several walk-in customers and waiting through incredibly slow service, I was finally told by the sole employee, “Sit down if you have an online pickup. I haven’t even started making it. I will help the other customers first.”
At this point, it had already been 25 minutes since I placed my order. I hadn't complained at all. I was not rude.
I sat down and waited patiently while more customers arrived and were helped before me. After 30 additional minutes in the store, I asked to cancel my order, recognizing the employee was clearly overwhelmed. He attempted to pull up my order but eventually said, “I can’t cancel it. I don’t know how. I’ve only worked here three months.” While his tone was apologetic, he made no further effort to help—he didn’t offer to make the order, contact a manager, or provide any meaningful resolution.
I left the store without food, having wasted an hour of my time. I wasted $65 because of this and instead went to Albertsons next door, where I purchased lunch for my family in under 10 minutes when I was fed up.
This was an egregious experience. No customer should be left waiting indefinitely while an undertrained employee struggles alone during a Saturday lunch rush. I have filed a complaint but have still not received a refund. I am extremely disappointed and may never return to a Subway again.
I believe I am owed a full refund and a sincere apology for the time and frustration...
Read moreThe only reason why they get a star is because customer service was very nice. Other than that I got extremely ill from a tuna sandwich that I ate from this restaurant on Saturday. I know it was a new batch of tuna as I saw her grab it from the back, but I have had food poisoning for two days and almost had to go to the ER due to dehydration issues... Which would have cost me $250. Not worth the $7 sandwich... please teach your employees how to store and prep the food properly so people do not get food poisoning. I was taking care of a very important person, and was unable to accomplish my task due to this issue and lost my job. Thanks Subway, you help people lose weight by getting them sick from food poisoning and making them lose their job, I have kids MAN! I thank you so much I really needed rent this month! (sarcasm obviously, I lost my job and couldn't complete it, I can't pay my bills because I can't get paid). Now I'm completely turned off of all Subway's... just thinking about eating it turns my stomach. Thanks...
Read moreI had a good experience at this subway... with the food and cleanliness. Sometimes you go to a subway and usually you get the same quality. Sometime the quality is just not as good as other times. I had the chicken breast sandwich here on this visit, and was really good. I order this type of sandwich usually because its chicken breast and more healthy. Other subways sometimes leave the breast a little lacking... you can tell it was frozen or stored. Here, the chicken tasted and felt like a real chicken breast. Very good sandwich... and left me wanting another one. The restroom was also very clean. Smelled good and soapy. No trash anywhere. Looked like they keep sweeping/mopping regularly. The only reason I deducted one star is because of the wait. In my opinion, the workers could move a little faster. But, this is generally the case...
