First time here, but not my sisters. She comes here often. We were seated immediately, with no issue. The issue was our server. She wasn't horrible at first, but once she took our drink order, it was a big failure. Came back with our drinks, forgot my sister's water with her beer, and then we ordered. Ordered the cup of clam chowder, burger, and fries. Yes, I'm a picky eater and just wanted lettuce and cheese on the burger and fries. Well, as the clock ticked by waiting for our order, and it wasn't busy, my sister had already drank her beer, nephew drank his, and I was almost done with mine. I finally had to flag her to our table, 30 mins had gone by. She hadn't checked on us once since taking our order and bringing our drinks. She hadn't even brought my cup of soup yet. So after getting refills and finally my soup, about 5 mins later, our order finally arrived. Of course, mine was not correct, and i didn't even bother mentioning it since it took almost 40 mins to get the food. Had to ask for napkins.. She spilled the beer on the table previously and wasn't even offered utensils or if there was anything else we needed. The other server looked like he was just miserable moping around, not one server outta the 3 ever had a smile on their faces. Another gentleman that sat down next to us had to get up to ask someone to bring them some water as they waited to order. She not once again, after dropping our food off, ever came back to check on us and we had made eye contact several times, not a smile, not a is everything ok, not a do you need anything else? NOTHING. My sister goes there all the time and she has never had such bad service there. It's really too bad, I won't be going back, not after 85$ check with mediocre food and horrible service.

Man, those nachos were horrible!! And so was the general attitude to customer service. I picked the worst day to cheat my dairy allergy and completely wasted it on these half-ass,Ā“fire-roasted’ nachos. First off, the chips were a budget commercial grade, with a medium-to-thin layer of mozzarella cheese on top (ā€˜on top’)… BUT, hidden under that thin, top layer of mozza were a few drizzels of 7-Eleven grade liquid white cheese in the middle. Like, what respectable cook would replace the traditional ā€˜evenly distributed middle layer of real cheese’ with ā€˜cheese sauce?’ And, scantly added at that! Geezus, I would have settled for Ā“micro-wave roasted’ if they featured real cheese throughout. I’ve had Nachos all over the world and these were some of the worst. Not to mention, the service was mĆ©diocre.. and no prices listed on the drink boards! In fact, they didn’t even provide a drink menu. The only positive was a clean bathroom and $7 kids meals. Aside from that, I probably wouldn’t go back. I’d probably just go to 7-Eleven.

We stopped by here 5 years ago, and decided to return earlier today. The wait time for regular seating would have been 30 minutes BUT a couple people left the bar right before the server checked us in so we went to the bar pretty much as soon as we got there! The bartenders really take their time pouring drinks, and I take note of that because I've seen some rush in the past. My only mini complaint is that I saw our food under the heating lamp for like 10 minutes BUT it was pretty busy and the food still tastes really good even with that wait. No stars lost just making note. The bison burger surprised me it had a cheese and balsamic sauce blend that was delicious. The drinks were delicious. We got a brown ale, a nitro which tastes like a mild IPA and a vanilla cider. The vanilla cider won, so we grabbed a growler ($10 for the growler and $20 for the drink or something like that. Total $30). If you have some time or energy, there's cool art by the bathroom.

Wasn't thrilled with the experience, I think the only saving grace was that my son enjoyed his Hawaiian pizza and the brie appetizer was good, the garlic and basil really made it yummy. Got the shrimp tacos, shrimp was over done and flavor was lacking even though the menu made it sound flavorful, it was lacking on the salsa/sauce, and no sides come with it, just 2 tacos on a plate. Husband said the bison burger was good. The kids chicken nug plate is to be as expected, nothing special, the sides looked like they just took what would go on a salad and put it on the plate. The side order of fries were pretty good though. Tables are incredibly small, so for 4 people, there was hardly any space for plates and drinks. Service was ok, not bad but not incredible. Incredibly frustrating no prices or listing/description on the beer flights, how much is it? How many cups and do you choose or is it a pre selected list? Would be helpful to have that information SOMEWHERE, would have ordered if I could have that info. Overall a mediocre experience with mediocre food, not great but not the worst, think with the other food options we should have gone somewhere else especially for the cost. TIP: The online pictures didn't match the menu so it must change with seasons, so check the menu first and don't go off the photos to only be disappointed that what you see was...

All around disappointing. Stopped in for a beer and a growler to go. Although the restaurant had socially distanced tables near the front window, we were escorted the the very back corner of the restaurant, sectioned off by makeshift curtains. It essentially felt like an ER room. Very awkward. The waitress (dark hair, not pregnant) put down a food menu and left us. When I asked for a beer menu after waiting 5 minutes, I was told the beers were on a board above our heads. (Apparently this brewery does not have beer menus... only food... very, very odd.) It was pretty comical to have to stand up and turn around to read the list of beers, and it would have been nice to know that's what you need to do when we say down. I assume the waitress sensed my frustration, because my "thank you" for bringing the beer was met with a grumble. Finally, after we specifically requested a growler of the Northwest IPA, we arrived home to realize she gave us a raspberry beer. Needless to say, we will find a different brewery in the area to frequent from here on out. Unpleasant experience from...
