Benton Street Retreat - La Conner Lodging in Town With a View — Hotel in La Conner

May 2015 – It was Memorial weekend, and it was a special time as it was my oldest son’s 50th birthday and our whole family was able to gather at this wonderful Retreat to celebrate this momentous occasion. The Benton Street Retreat is a well appointed spacious home. The décor is pleasing to the eye and had everything a person would need to be very comfortable. The kitchen held all the gadgets and comforts of home. All the bedrooms contained everything you could need and even books, if you needed a break to relax and read. The views from the balcony were amazing and I can just imagine what spring would be like to see the beautiful tulip fields from the balcony. It is close enough to walk into La Conner and check out the many little shops and restaurants. It is not that far to take the Ferry to Friday Harbor and also visit Anacortes. We just spent two wonderful days here and the accommodations exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The beds and linens were super comfortable, the kitchen more well-appointed than my own at home, the bathrooms beautiful and spacious, everything modern, clean and tastefully decorated with lots of thoughtful, artistic touches.
