Cheap Andy's LAX — Restaurant in La Crosse

Was kicked out for a joke that the bartender watched me do in front of him and the 4 other people there at the bar, than gave me no warning as I was trying to joke with him, sober mind you, and told me I can get out now because I went behind the bar. Didn't touch anything. Didn't serve anyone anything , just stepped back there as a joke and to get his attention to maybe help the bar patrons. But than he came up to me quickly from wiping tables down to tell me I could get out now! Because I had stepped behind the bar! Well maybe if I wasn't waiting for service for over 5 min while there being no customers or the fact that I was the DD for the night and was just trying to make people smile. But instead was kicked out because someone else couldn't...

I really wanted to enjoy this place.. the setup is nice, seperate gambling area, location, good specials, and great prices. The crowd has increasingly got worse and has become less than classy. As an example, the last time we were there the bar manager (off work) was discussing fighting someone and telling people where to do it off camera. Drug use/dealing is observed. I don't feel safe using the machines there anymore. Some stuff happens with a bar atmosphere but this place needs to clean up it's act quick including some replacement of staff.

1yr later: if you're wondering, nothing has changed. The crowd here is trash. Issues above still occur. Shootings in parking lot, people getting robbed of gambling money, drug deals....

Walked in with my 18 and 19 yr old granddaughters for some food, because they said the food at cheap Andy's was good, in Hammond WI anyways. Get in she takes our drink ( which was pop) and the food order, bringing us our drinks and then proceeds to ask my granddaughters for their ID. I said why, we are drinking pop, she says you have to be 21 to even be in this bar. Are you kidding me, then why did you bring us our pop? The owner was there sitting at a gambling machine and still said NO. It's not even a Wisconsin law, so take my money for POP and then kick us out. I hope everyone reads this post because this was...
