Today placed an order for pizza and did not pre-tip today. Usually I always tip but today I didn’t and couldn’t. Sandra was the delivery driver and she was out front with the food. She was rude about having us sign the total on the receipt, nor was she 6 ft and did not even follow any COVID-19 procedures as stated on the dominos website. I have never had an issue with previous orders with the drivers in the past. They always ring my door bell after leaving the food on my front door and they stand by their car or the sidewalk until I open the door, we exchange waves and then they depart to their next destination. Food was always left on my porch, contactless. After I received my food today, I rated my experience on the dominos website, I put a one star by ‘was your delivery driver Sandra punctual and polite?’ And I called it a day. So then the manager, Elynn took it upon herself to call me and we discussed it. It wasn’t a big deal until the manager wanted to be defensive on the phone. I told her that her driver was rude she did not even mention a sorry or that she would talk to her. Only important thing she asked was, “did Sandra put the food on the floor?”No. “Was she wearing a mask?” No. She wasn’t even 6 ft. Now, that’s when Elynn said she would talk to her. The entire time the manager was justifying that the driver had the right to be rude because people like Sandra rely on tips. All she could’ve said was, I apologize for your horrible experience and I will address it with her. Then the story could’ve ended there but she starts rambling,” have you ever worked in fast food? Have you ever had a job that tips? Wisconsin is a tipping state.” What exactly does that have to do with how rude your driver was? I bought pizza to support your business as a continuous customer. It’s not mandatory to tip and now I’m glad I didn’t tip because of the poor behavior/excuses that was demonstrated by delivery driver and manager. Read moreOrdered online for curbside pickup. We got our food and drove away and realized we didn't get our 2 liter of pop. Turned around, called and explained they didn't give us our pop. An employee comes out with a 20oz bottle. I told him I paid for a 2 liter with the receipt in my hand. He came back out with the 2 liter. Mind you, getting the pop took 5 minutes. We get home only to find that we didn't get the icing for the cinnamon twists or the marinara sauce for the parm bites. I called the store and explained what had happened. The so called manager, Caleb, put the phone down twice during our conversation to speak with whomever? I think he was hoping I was just going to end the call honestly. He was very unprofessional and should NOT be the manager of the store or for any store for that matter. He acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. At this point I am extremely irritated with the whole situation and just in shock how this was being handled. No apology for any of this! I realized I was speaking to someone who lacked common sense. I had a delivery here met the driver at the door and he decided to pull off he didn’t get out the car at all mind you I’ve already paid for the food so I call and Gabriel tells me my order actually wasn’t complete and that I should wait 5-10 mins and call back . I waited 15 and called and called and called I called total of 7 times and all he answered and hung my call up continuously, so I drove there to find my pizza just sitting there everyone just sitting around everyone was nasty and dirty looking , no one wore gloves on nails dirty hair out all over there face to where they can’t see, after talking to him he tells me his name actually isn’t Gabriel and that when I called the local store number it was the corporate number so now I’m upset because this was a clear lie as I leave the store there laughing like a joke was being done what’s really funny is how everybody broke and so dirty your can barely afford to pay your bills with 11$ a hour I never got refunded the extra money I spent or anything will never order here again I would advice you to do...
