Dunkin' — Restaurant in La Crosse

I’ve tried this place 3 times despite my first experience being negative. Each time has been negative in some way. I live right next to Dunkin Donuts and I won’t be coming back.

First time: Got a small hot drink with a donut. The bill was like $12 and I thought that was pretty high. Once I got the receipt I noticed that that charged me for an extra hot drink and I had to ask for a refund (they did refund and try to make it up with a $5 coupon). There was like 2 other cars in the line so it’s not like they were busy and had a rush.

Second time: Got a small hot drink and a blueberry donut. The coffee was only filled about 3/4 of the way. Donuts are just gross.

Third (and last) time: Asked for a small hot Mocha and got a mocha in a hot cup but it was cold. Not iced, not room temperature, just cold. Can’t even taste the coffee. I dumped it out when I got home. Didn’t even bother to go back and get a refund or corrected. I’m just done.

The only reason I’m not giving a 1 is because the first time they tried to make it right and I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they just opened and hopefully will improve…. Very...

Have never been to a dunkin. My girlfriend wanted a coffee drink so we stopped here Saturday, September 1dt 2024 around 6:00 pm or so. Ordered her drink. Lady was extremely rude. I believe she got the order wrong and got snippy when I corrected her. Got to the window. No hi, hello, telling of the total. Just handed over the card reader. Couldn't wait to give a big fat 0 for a tip. But it didn't have a tip screen. She said, "pull forward" Idk if this means go park, just pull forward or what. Ive never been here.
