Jimmy's North Star — Restaurant in La Crosse

Incredibly fast service!

Wife and I driving thru town on our way home, and we hadn’t had a real meal in days. Jimmy's was fast, friendly, and delicious!

We ordered to go and we ordered the following items:

Nitro Gyro - 9/10 point deducted because it’s huge. In a good way so order it.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap - 8/10 Chicken very slightly dry. Try it yourself, wife’s tastebuds aren’t up to par.

Pesto Mac - 9/10 generally love massive amounts of pesto. This has that, and I tasted it all night after brushing my teeth twice. Order it if you love pesto.

We stopped into Jimmy's North Star for a Oscar sandwich. The Oscar was warm, fresh, delicious, and, large. The bartender had good guest service skills. We visited with the owner, Peter. We learned the bar was recently remodeled. It has a trendy look, even in the ladies bathroom. Cute.
