Quick and efficient exactly what is needed for fast food. I have no issue. If I have an issue they will help me make it right. Patience is key in any setting. I see people complain alot but most don't realize that they are short handed alot. Or that this location is the only location in lacrosse and ona that doesn't have twist cones or just reviews the wrong store since they don't have a playground to begin with. My favorite is that people complain about things they could easily have fixed if they just pulled into a spot and checked their food or drink before leaving. Maybe that worker saw what they thought was sauce in there or maybe there wasn't the extra you paid for but they aren't going to rummage though your bag as the one handing it out isn't the one who bags it most of the time. I've worked at multiple places and things can be fixed with communication.If you expect perfection then you'll always be let down. Nothing is perfect. Also if you talk to any of the workers there they will let you know that they don't actually offer table service as they don't have the tents and majority of the time there is 2 maybe 3 people working service sometimes even at peak times. I've seen them so many times doing what they can do with the people available. I appreciate all of them that keep working here. They deserve so much more than 15 an hour. They have to do much more than one job at this place and still have to deal with picky and ungrateful customers. That more than likely have never had to work fast food or even didn't cut it in fast food because of the customer attitudes so they think they know best. Read moreTonight I went to McDonald’s for a shake 1 Diet Coke coke 1 regular coke, medium fries, and 40 piece Mc nuggets. I verify twice everything I wanted on the order and they got it but didn’t remove the third drink so I got it and got charged for it. I didn’t relize till I saw the receipt after I payed. I had no time to tell them cause when I got my order they gave the drinks first. When I told them. They first said I can keep the drink they would refund the difference and get a manager. The Mananger came, He asked if what it back on cash or card. I said cash. He asked me to pull up and he will right there. I wait a little bit and he tells me I need to give the drink back first then I will get my dollar back as he had the Dollor in his hand. I told him what happened. He said I rather believe my co worker over you. I been told him what the co worker said that I can keep the drink they will give the difference back. I verify the order twice. So this shouldn’t have happened. Plus they didn’t mark what what was diet or regular, didn’t charge the shake right either cause they couldn’t find the deal, they gave me a double cup on the drink. Read moreI honestly hope the franchisee See's this and gets back to some people. I've always had great service here the family and I will pick this location all day long over others. However Nov 29 2021 as a former service worker. I understand equipment can malfunction which seemed to be the problem tonight. Both drive thrus closed I get it. However tried to order curbside to no avail only getting told on app not able to process try again 5 times later. Go to the window show my phone signaling for some help both managers look at me and decide to walk off into lobby hiding literally by soda machines as if I was never there. Humility goes a long way in any service industry. If the app is off due to being equipment errors please put out a sign or have enough decency if someone's at the window to help or say sorry the kitchen is closed even though Google says we're open. Pretty simple no?? But I guess management thought better to act oblivious and hide like school children in the lobby after seeing a customer asking for help for curbside app. Highly disappointed in the two working tonight.
