Went to the la crosse location today and had the worst experience ever. Immediately when my friend walked in a customer already seated said “be careful the lady at the front has an attitude”. When my frroend approached the counter for our door dash order, the order didnt have the chips and drinks with it, it was also not on the reciept; but we showed both staff members the doordash orders where we had order two subs as meals and added chips and drinks. Immediately the employee on staff (I believe her name was Michelle) started to yell and say “you get what you pay for you cant come here and try to get free things”. She was very cold and dismissive; rolling her eyes and walking away. I took a step back to re-check my door dash order; the coworker with her even said, “it doesnt look like the two subs would total to $52.00 even with double meat on one of them” she continued to be dismissive to hom as well as us and proceded to call her manager. She brought the phone back shortly and let me speak to the manager whos main concern was my friend (a black man) supposedly said he would shoot the place up. Now this threw me for a loop because me not him not once had we escalated and said anything like that.
The whole experience took about 45 mins, after a long day of advocating in or communit at work this experience greatly overstimulated me and also caused my friend anxiety because he is never the type to harm anyone or anything.
When striving fot good customer service, things like “you get what you pay for” “ if you cant afford things you cant get them” I cant help you” shkuld never be said. I am a past employee at Subway and I know this is not what Subway wants to be viewed as somewhere that offers this type of...
Read moreI get my dinner here a few nights per week so I already knew going in tonight that the service would be rather slow as usual. I was in for a big shock as I enter the store and there is only one family and one other individual in front of me and it took 17 minutes from when I entered to when I left with my sub. The male worker who was assembling the sandwiches was rather friendly and looked like he genuinely cared about his work. However the female worker who was on the register looked almost sedated, almost drugged. She wasn't into her work, was really slow and making tons of mistakes. The family in front of me was given the person in front of me's sub sandwich by mistake, and she had to go chase them down before they left with it. On top of that she gave the poor girl the wrong change after all of that was done. Read moreI really like this Subway location, it is super clean and our Subs are always perfect. Some Subways we've gone to we werent sure if the meats were fresh or if their utensils were clean but we never worry about that at this location. Everything is perfect to the very last crumb. I usually order either a Tuna or Meatball and add American cheese on both. I toast the Meatball but not the tuna because yuck and the cheese there is just so fresh. Also they are up for whatever you want, even if you want alot on your sub they never act annoyed. Believe it or not at the Onalaska Braund St. Location I did have a person get angry with me over my add ons like seriously? Not with this location though everything is wonderful....
