Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in La Follette

Okay so I am a dasher I went inside to pick up a order for the customer the employee stated" um I have to see you confirm the pick up " I simply said " I cannot bring my phone inside I have been waiting here for 15 minutes if I bring the phone in the tablet is gonna make it think I just picked up the order I can send a picture of it to my other phone but that's it" she stated "okay let me get my manager" I waited around a additional 5 minutes on top of the 15 I e waited already and she approaches me with a attitude stating " I can't give you the order whatsoever with ur phone in your hand and I must see you press confirm the order" so long story short I had the costumer I delivered to mad as hell and these people need to understand it affects my pay my time and most importantly it affects my ratings so I waited 20 mins for a DoorDash that was already made this restraunt I do recommend to nobody I experienced poor customer service it was not clean especially in the restrooms if I could put a half star I would and the manager is downright rude and disrespectful this generation of...

Felt the need to write a review today based on what my family and I experienced tonight at Dairy Queen. With three little girls and 4 grown adults we stopped by for dinner and then ice cream following. The sweet girl running the front of house I believe her name was Madeline, deserves all the praise! She was running around working her little tail off with so much personality, friendly and wearing a big ole smile even through the craziness and all the chaotic busy restaurant shenanigans. My husband and I gave her a tip just to thank her for all of her kindness and hard work, her reaction made any sort of wait worth it. We don’t know what kind of day you were having before you went into work and it being crazy busy but we hoped to shed some light on your chaotic night at work. From the restaurant family ourselves your hard work and devotion didn’t go unnoticed tonight from our family, we appreciated you! Oh man I do love me some Dairy Queen!! They have good hot dogs, in fact they lost their fifth Star across the board because for some silly reason they, as a good hot dog place, don't have relish for their dogs! Silliness! I will say that their ice cream almost makes up for no relish. Had to update my review of this DQ. They have no relish still and have no plans to carry any, pure madness!! The place is getting dirty, the ketchup machine is always empty of has no cups to put the ketchup in. They are hit and miss if they have supplies needed. No hot dogs one day, then no bananas the next.... And when the do have bananas, they don't understand how to make a banana split, The bananas go under the ice cream and toppings, not on top of everything!! And keep the bruised bananas to yourself! Don't serve them to me!! Such a shame. They forgot how to train...
