KFC — Restaurant in La Follette

This chicken tastes rotten tonight. This is the third time this year I have been to this location and this is the third time the chicken has been bad there. This is not the only KFC location that serves terrible chicken nowadays either. I bought the eight pieces for $10 on Tuesdays meal and it is got blood oozing out of the chicken from between the bones. 2 times before this year the chicken was somehow overcooked it was tough it was tasteless it was terrible and it was also part of a $70 meal which is extremely high. I called the manager and told them but I'm sharing my experience because I want other people to know that they may have their night ruined like we have and we are now going to have to eat bologna instead of having a sit-down meal. There is something acidic in the chicken too it, is burning our mouths inside, are gums are on fire. I really hope the owner of this restaurant in particular does something to shake things up around there because I do enjoy KFC always have. Well I ordered a big family meal, sixteen pieces, didn't get that only got 12 pieces. Was very disappointed in the quality. Didn't even get a hole chicken. Mostly skinny wings, was supposed to get 2 each sides, just got one each taters and gravy, coleslaw. Taters wasn't enough of anything. Family went away hungry and it costed me over $40 dollar's. I am not very happy about that. I love KFC. But pick up order wasn't what I ordered. I was very disappointed in the meal. Soggy chicken ,to much vinegar in the slow. Taters and gravy cold. The Manager should receive the FKC metal of honor for having to go beyond the call of service to put up with the crazy antics of the red haired woman with a smart phone addiction. She Cursed ,Screamed and used Vulgar Signs at the Elderly Couple,who spoke up about the Woman who Child stuck it hand in her and other Customers plates and throwing food at them. because of her rudness.we the customers who were in line had to wait longer. we were all in shock after witnessing such a sorry mother. That this local woman should not be served food as a customer ever again at this KFC! A Manager should have the right to ban a person for their behavior and not lose his job.
