Do not take your dog there to get groomed. I took my dog and the young lady must have had a bad morning, soon as i got there her actions toward me or the dog wasn't good to begin with( the look on her face like she didn't want be there or likes her job was how she approached me) . This was the 2nd week in a row she has done this and this same dog has had her hair cut there by the other dog groomer and has not had any problems with the dogs at all. I don't know the ladies name but she ISN'T THE LITTLE BLACK HAIR GIRL, IT WAS THE OTHER ONE. She needs to find her another job if she don't like...

Straight up bait and switch. The second dog wash cost 33% more than the first one 3 weeks earlier. Online pricing didn't match what they said on the phone, then was even higher once they rang it up after service. Clean store, friendly staff, but some not as educated on products. Manager is friendly, knowledgeable. They have a groomer on staff, do not use them, so I have no first hand knowledge on their service, or their behavior with the dogs or cats. They do have some accessories, dog collars, leads, harness's..but sizing is not consistent. Large selection of treats for dogs, some for cats. They do not have large scratch posts for cats, no condo's. This pet store is the only pet store in our area. They do have cats for adoption from the local...
