Worst customer service ever!! Assistant manager was very rude. Waited 3 hours and never got what I ordered. Can not believe how rude employees were to me. I will NEVER order from there again. I ordered at 530. They brought my food at 615. Order was wrong and there was no sauces for the chicken. I called back was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. Tried to call again later and was answered with âDominoes hold pleaseâ and placed on hold again for what felt like forever. They said they would replace the pizza and chicken and would have it right out. I called back about an hour and half later and was told they could either refund it or put the order in. So an hour and a half later my pizza was still not being made. So overall I waited about 3 hours and never got what I ordered. The âassistant managerâ lied on me and said she told me it would be an hour and a half. She never said how long it would be. If I knew it would be that long I wouldnât have ordered. Then I talked to the lady who took my order and she was very very rude and basically told me she would take care of it and slammed the phone down. I called back and talked to the âassistant managerâ and she said she would refund it and apologized but was very short and also hung up on me after I sat on hold for over 10 minutes waiting on her. We call inquiring about our order to be told they didnât have a driver tonight. We asked why nobody had called earlier and were told they were âjust about to start calling people... but there about twenty people ahead of youâ. We opted to cancel the order.
Really?? We order and it takes an hour to realize that you wonât be able to deliver because you donât even have a driver on duty?
Update: 2 hours after our order, 1 hour after cancelling the order, a driver shows up with cold pizza and wings. The driver is exasperated because he was called in from another store, and was making deliveries and getting yelled at by the customers
We called in to ensure that we were not charged for the order. Once we get to a manager, he tells us that order was cancelled, but the food had been left in the window, so the driver grabbed it for delivery. They leave the food out for hours before delivering it???

   Read more"Quality of Carelessness" should be this locations motto. Ordered on the app and had the Mrs. pickup curbside on her way home. Upon her arrival home, I noticed we were missing a pizza. After calling the store to see where the absent pizza may have ran off. The staff seemed to care less that they left out the one pizza my pregnant wife likes from there, and said it was at the store waiting for me on the Hot Rack. With further questioning I was informed I would have to pay a delivery fee for them to right their wrong and bring it to me nor did they offer to refund the pizza. So here I sit outside with the dog, Thanks Domino's LaFollette, its going to be a wonderful evening.
UPDATE: After I had posted this, the owner responded by asking for my info so they could try to earn 5 stars. It took a day or so to see the owner response and I promptly emailed them at their preferred email, 1 week later it seems my email fell on deaf ears.
