Ordered through the mobile app, and when I arrived at the speaker, I told them I had a mobile order and let them know my name. I ordered biscuits and gravy & french toast sticks. Rudely, the girl spoke back through the speaker to let me know they they were "out of biscuits and gravy" and that they "discontinued the french toast sticks." If that was the case, why was I able to order these on their app for this specific location!? Anyways, being understanding, I asked how I could cancel my order through the app since it was already paid for. The girl at the speaker had no idea. I sat there for about 2 more minutes before she came back and spoke through the speaker again. I said again, "how can I cancel my order on the app to get my money back" and she said "I don't know, just pull around to the window to speak with my manager." I pulled around, and a super young girl came out to my car, took my phone and tried to cancel the order for me, but she could not figure it out either. I asked her if she could just cancel it through their system inside, and she said they couldn't. Mind you, I googled how to cancel a mobile order and it said to call the restaurant to have them do it through their system. The "manager" had no idea how to go about getting my money back, so she offered me the amount my order was straight out of her pocket in cash. Obviously, I did not take that, as that was her own money, but these workers need to be trained better incase something like this was to happen again, and the menu needs to be updated on the app too, because I wasn't even offered to order something else for the price or what I had ordered. They had no idea how to handle the situation. Long story short, do not order through the app if you don't want to receive any food nor your money back, and do not expect to receive any type of good service through these workers if something...
Read moreLuckily the biscuits are the only reason I will ever visit this location. The management there is horrible, constantly yelling, degrading their employees. I have even eaten in the dining area a few times, which was not very clean, and heard foul language coming from the kitchen area. I’ve seen the really busy and management just stands around yelling, on their cell phone or outside smoking. After talking to a couple of the workers, it’s a very toxic place to work. No positivity of any kind. One tells you to do it one way while another yells at you to do it another way ( from employees mouth). Then you have a lot of favoritism going on as there is a mother and daughter that work there as well as other family members. I think someone from corporate needs to make a visit. Also a health inspection wouldn’t hurt. Seen them take food off the line and eat it and I’m sure that wasn’t the first time. I am a Store manager myself (10 yrs) and I know how things should run, this isn’t it and it’s a disgrace to your company.o. Let me add that there is no I in team and when you have grown adults fighting over who’s dishes those are and that breakfast people will not wash lunch dishes and visa versa it’s not fun for customers to hear, esp when there is yelling and cussing from the management team , who should be an example. Joey the “manager” needs a class in management as she is no leader, has no customer service and lets them do whatever they eat, including not showing for work for days but still have a job or letting them do whatever and not follow policies. Do better Hardee’s. This location has some...
Read moreWent there to get breakfast and when I ordered I ask for sausage and biscuit, bacon biscuit and 2 bacon egg n cheese. When I got order I pull up and looked in the bag, I was shorted a bacon egg n cheese. I went back in and the little blonde girl said I took off the egg n cheese off one. If I wanted that done I would have told them when I ordered it. She got a attitude with me with the manager standing right there. And not one word was said to her. I have gone there plenty of times and ordered the same thing and the little red headed girl never questioned my order. I hope the next time I go order what I want I get it. Oh yea the one she remade and gave me, the biscuit was Hard as a Rock. No since in treating customers like that. Enough is enough, When someone orders something DONT think, just put in the bag what they ordered. Again I ordered 2 bacon egg n cheese, 1 bacon biscuit, biscuit n gravy. What's In the bag when I get home? Well 1 bacon eggn cheese, bacon biscuit, biscuit n gravy. Where is my other bacon egg n cheese? At the restaurant of course. They need to get there heads out of there asses and put in the bag what people order. NOT what they think should go in it. Just do ur damn job and give the people what they order. 2nd time now. 3rd time they want...
