i worked here for almost 3 years, and I thought it was a good job at first. Key-word, at first. I was trained on grill, service, and even some light janitorial jobs. They claimed the reason I was never promoted was because I had an attitude problem, but then the managers would quite literally scream at us at the smallest mistakes. If you arent one of the favorites be prepared to be talked about behind your back, have your hours cut because of petty manager's, and just in general high school drama because thats how old their managers act. The actual secret to getting promoted is sleeping with your higher-ups, as that happened with several different managers. Even though they have you sign papers stating that'll get you terminated. Only one manager actually got fired but another one got promoted even though it was reported he was flirting with his underage staff. So if your teenage daughter is working there I'd watch out. This was reported to Beau himself (the owner of all 4 closest mcdonalds) but he did nothing about it, and the girl left. It was told to me, by my co workers at the time, how uncomfortable this man made them feel and he'd say creepy things and invite them out, or offer them rides home when they werent comfortable.
The foods good though! :) 9/10, they're made with the tears of my fallen ex-co workers who still work in that miserable...
Read moreLook at you. Look at what you've become. You're sitting there reduced to reading reviews of a McDonald's. Why? What are you expecting from all of these reviews (170 of them as of this posting-- it's telling that this is one of the most popular places to review in LG)? Are you expecting this location to be different somehow? The menu here is the same as all of the others; they're not serving foie gras or wild boar as a hidden menu item. Do you want to glance through the complaints? It's the same as all of the others. Does it really matter if they messed up someone's order? It can happen at a 3-star Michelin restaurant too. Uncaring employees? Welcome to the world of fast food, where it's not exactly a fast train to success. It smells weird or grosses you out? Order through the drive-thru and eat at home. Out of sight, out of mind. All these complaints, yet you know you need your fix and will be tempted to go there anyway no matter what people will say here. Grab a subpar, sloppily-prepared burger and those addictive fries and forget about the naysayers. The only downside is the inevitable guilt trip that...

When it was finally my turn, I responded to the mobile order prompt with my code and was met with silence. I repeat my code and am told to pull forward. 1st windows worker was rude and didn't even offer me a receipt so im leaving my review here. 2nd worker is enjoying the conversation shes having inside and made me feel rushed at the windows. My burger was messy with ketchup all over the outside and I asked for no pickles but there was pickles in it. My mchicken had the texture and flavor of pizza dough. If you can't get the food right, the least you could do is offer great service but it would seem yall can't even...
