Raul's Taqueria — Restaurant in La Grande

Raul's Taqueria was the caterer for our daughter's wedding at a large indoor/ outdoor event center(The White Barn Estate). We had ~200 guests, and live 7 hours away . Raul's staff (special thanks to Arturo) were incredible from planning through cleanup. They were very courteous and professional. They manned three separate serving areas. They prepared a fantastic charcuterie table with 3 tiers of imported cheeses, olives, and cured meats, dried fruits, and fresh ceviche, to serve to guests between the ceremony and reception. A margarita bar had multiple very popular flavor options. The dinner (multiple protein options)serving line moved efficiently, and guests could return for as much as they wanted. Arturo and his team at Raul’s catered my wedding in June and did a phenomenal job. Prices are more than reasonable: we fed over 140 people for far less money than other options offered. They personally set up all their own equipment, served my entire wedding, then left us the leftovers! Their staff was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process, and Arturo himself is extremely responsive and easy to work with and communicate with.

Not authentic at all. You can tell how much processed food was involved, the flavor was like someone whispered to the food to pretend and be Mexican, because they were non-existent and a suggestion. The bartender ignored the only two brown people in the room (one of which was my husband) and rushed to two other customers to offer menus and ask for drunk orders, then disappeared. All of this while reggaeton playing was spectacularly tone deaf, but I guess they wanted to impress their preferable clientele.
