Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in La Grange

I'm usually satisfied with my service but today was horrible! I placed an order and they said a 45 minute for carry out and I thought ok. Well I get there exactly 45 minutes and my pan pizza is black! Like you can't even tell what it is, it was a black round thing in a box! Well this is for kids and they are not going to eat that! So I said something to the manager and he says that that's how it's supposed to be which I find funny because none of the pictures I've seen of the pan pizza are black! So I told him I don't want it so after arguing with me that it's supposed to be that way he finally says they'll fix me another pizza, I accepted. Then the manager starts throwing dishes and other items around and being pretty rude. Also he put my "pizza" on a big stack of other pizzas. It would be an actual miracle if they included the sauces that I add in my order every time and the order is completely correct. We keep thinking.....maybe it will be right this time....maybe there’s new management. Maybe somethings changed? So we try again, and again and again- Nope. They always forget something- get the order completely wrong, or you wait hours for your pizza.This locations quality of food, delivery timing and customer service is CONSISTENTLY non-existent. Ordered food last night (LaGrange, KY) for my kids after a long drive home. Paid over 53 dollars for three large pizzas and a order of bread sticks only to stay awake until 1:30am, no update and no pizza. When I called (multiple times) to see where our order is, the phone line sends you to someone nowhere close to where I live who cannot help or when they finally transferred my call to the local store it cuts you off because the store has already closed.
