While searching for Kratom online to buy I came across The Kratom store in La Mesa. While approaching I was greeted with a nice welcome and while walking in to the store I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean, well decorated and thought out store. The girls made me feel so comfortable and were so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had while helping me find exactly the type of Kratom I need. They made me feel like someone cared about the issues I was having and helped me choose a couple different Kratom strains to relieve my issues. Jillian, the new girl from Philly, has only been here a few weeks, but she is absolutely exceptional. Her customer service is next-level — she goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome, seen, and taken care of. That kind of genuine energy can’t be faked, and it really elevates the entire experience.

I stopped by and was pleased with the selection. The woman who helped me was very kind and patient. Sure the kratom is a bit more expensive than bags online but it’s convenient and so far good quality from what I’ve experienced. When she told me they test the kratom for heavy metals and ecoli and potency that was a big deal. Most kratom you buy at head shops is sketchy and untested lots of it has heavy metals that could potentially harm you. Thank you for bringing this medicine that has changed my life to the people to become more mainstream and culturally accepted.
