Read moreAlberto's is usually good for some quick, all day/night Mexican take out of decent quality. Sorry to say though, this location doesn't even make it into the decent/so-so category when it comes to taste and quality of their food. I have been to this location several times so I can tell you this was not just a 1 time bad experience. The employees are generally friendly enough and the place seems clean, but the food...? The carne asada is always tough and near flavorless. The tortillas are stiff/stale and make eating the tacos an even worse experience. Overall it just seems that the food sits way too long in the warmers and they refuse to lose any money by throwing anything out. Oh and if you complain or even nicely ask for replacement food, after they give you a hard time asking for receipts, even though I bought the food from YOU just 3 minutes ago, and they make you return the salsa they gave you, you are made to feel like you are doing something wrong. Alberto's is a good chain. This is a...
