Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in La Mirada

Visited on 8/6 around 11:00am. The girl working the drive-thru was extremely rude. I knew coming there would be long lines and I can understand that they are working outside. The management should be taking better care of their employees and offering sun protection and hydration because they are taking it out on the guests. She was upset with me for coming in to the main line before being motioned over. They have a lot of signs and they don’t have one saying that. There was room so I went. While taking my order she was busy trying to manage the line and was frustrated at me in the process. This was my first and last time coming to Dutch Bros. I don’t blame the employees but the management who clearly has this location understaffed and underprepared. The drive thru should be redesigned but at the very least shouldn’t rely on employees to multitask an unsafe situation. Do better owners and managers as this is clearly a profitable business and shouldn’t cut corners.

I had a drink once before I actually went to go and get it myself. A friend had brought me one before and ever since she got me one I’ve been wanting another one. So today I decided to drive the 7 miles to La Mirada from Norwalk to go get a drink. Well I was disappointed. All the reviews were talking about the smell there and yea it’s gross. We noticed there was one of those gray mouse traps and I’m pretty sure there was a dead one in there cause it smelled like something was dead and it smell like poop Also. Not like bad plumbing but like actual caca but we didn’t see any around. The music that they had on was loud and then someone turned it up even more. It was on way too loud. The guy with the pink hair and eyeliner couldn’t hear anyone. 🤷🏽‍♂️ there were so many flies everywhere and the trash can by the window was full. I wouldn’t go back to this location again. Giving everything a 5-star rating this girl Dani did the most for our first experience at this new store! This location has just popped up and my daughters and I were so excited to try it out this past weekend and we were greeted by Dani with this insane energy. We recognized her from La Habra location, and she told us La Mirada was her new store and how excited she was to finally be at this location. We can say this Dutch Bros will be our new home too considering it is closer to our house! She recommended her signature favorite Snicker Doodle Oat milk latte because she knows I can't have regular dairy. I always see her with other customers with a huge smile on her face!! If you have ever meet Dani you know your day will be made, she's awesome!! The line at this location is also so much better than the La Habra one so glad I will not be having to deal with that crazy dirt...
