Starbucks — Restaurant in La Plata

Despite there being several other Starbucks near by, I chose this one for the convenience because they have a drive-thru. BIG MISTAKE! This is THE worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I have visited the location 3 times, and 3 times the drive-thru staff has been unfriendly and unprofessional and 3 times my coffee has been made incorrectly. Today took the cake, the guy with the glasses was THE RUDEST! I am not sure what type of reform or reparations program that is causing the management team to hire such a terrible staff, but my advice would be to close the entire location and start from scratch. This location is by far the worst that I have ever visited and I am all out of chances...

I don’t know how they can run out of whipped cream or heavy cream! I swear it’s atleastbince a week and yes I go often to know. It’s very irritating when you crave something and they don’t have something that hybthr way they sale in the store! Liel really! I’ve had to go purchase cream to add to my coffee.
