Weis Markets — Local services in La Plata

Today I went to shop and an older lady was checking out customers and the lady was crying just from trying to pick items up and in pain. It was extremely heartbreaking and devastating to witness. When I went to the manager/ associate and said the lady needs help the manager/associate told me she is fine and will be alright. Instead of helping the older lady with customers or relocating her to something she can do easily they refused to offer her assistance. Tomorrow is thanksgiving and it’s extremely busy in the store. It's convenient and staff is polite. That's about it. They're regularly out of many items, apparently someone doesn't know how to order proper quantities. I've bought 2 potato salads from the deli and got home to find they had gone bad. Date was fine but it was sour. Bought a rotisserie chicken and when we cut into it it was undercooked. Never had a problem at this store. The staff is friendly and, as far as I've seen, the shelves are well stock and orderly. My sole dislike about the LA Plata Weis is their store hours. Like many stores, Weis cut there hours during the height of the coof. However, even with things calming down they have not gone back to their precovid hours. Every other grocery store or department store in La Plata has gone back to their original hours and with my usua daily schedule Weis's current hours do not...
