Arby's — Restaurant in La Porte

Completely disappointing. Firstly, we went through the drive-thru. When we ordered, I was told that there was a limit on the 2 for $6 and that I could only get 2. Ridiculous, but whatever, I needed 6 sandwiches so I ordered 2 extra on top of the 2-2/$6. Then I ordered a 9 piece Buffalo boneless wings with ranch and crinkle fries for myself. I added curly fries and 2 cheese cups and also a chicken salad with croutons and ranch. I also asked for Arby's and Horsey sauce. I asked when I received my food if everything was in there and the guy said yes. I drove home (20 minutes away) and was looking forward to eating my dinner. When I got home, I found that we didn't have 1 cheese cup, there was no Arby's sauce, only Horsey sauce, no croutons for the salad, and MY meal was completely wrong. I received a 6 piece Honey Bar-B-Q boneless wings instead of the Buffalo. I tried calling 5 times -DURING BUSINESS HOURS- and the phone just rings and then asks for a security code. I will never eat at this Arby's again and I don't recommend this one to anyone else either. After seeing the other reviews, I realize that I probably shouldn't have stopped here...

The drive thru wait is almost always horrendous that you might as well bring a book along with you unless you are there during odd hours & lately the one on "J" St by Speedway has been totally out of the last 2 things I wanted during the normal dinner time rush, so I had to order something else, which I really didn't want in the first place. About 2 months ago I went there for dinner, I didn't check my bag I received from them cuz it was cold outside and my heater wasn't working, got home and they forgot to give me my au jus for my over $7 philly cheese and "dip" which is in fact the "dip" part! I was NOT a happy camper as this is the part that makes it ohhh sooo good! Called the Mgr and got a free one about a month later, so at least they tried to make it right but those silly mistakes make customers not come back! That particular restaurant has always had a problem with service for the past 40 years & will probably never change. Idk why I keep going back. Lol Their meat hasn't been real meat in who knows how long now and the prices are...

this Arby's is normally good and the food was good the last time I went there but they had some sort of a problem with not knowing there were four of them and they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing low they should be cooking or at the window or at the register and the manager was standing right there and he didn't know either so the management maybe he was new in benefit of the doubt but I can tell you that they were yelling at each other and telling each other what they should be doing and it was a very unpleasant pleasant atmosphere I was going to stay but I didn't get my food to go because I didn't want to be in that place I probably will not go back I'll just wait till I'm in another town because I don't want to experience that again. The food was fine tastes just like Arby's always does it was hot it was done right the management just needs a lot of improvement I felt sorry for the employees because they all had this big question mark on their face they were there to work they just didn't know...
