This review is directly for the owner. Your workers are great but you lack accountability. I called 3 days ago and gave you enough time to do the right thing. Your message answering system responds on the first ring. Accompanied with a message that you will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours??? For a call back?? Your that busy? Who are you the president? You run a business and you can’t correct a couple of discrepancies on a receipt? Do not dismiss small issues like this because they will turn around and leave a permanent mark on your business both on google and on yelp. I’m sure you nonchalantly ignored my voice message. You probably have done this in the past with other customers. Thinking, “maybe give people 2 days and they will forget about it. The one on valinda and Amar has LAZY people working there they start closing early and I have tried 3 separate times to purchase a meatball sandwich at 8:30 and they claim they are out of meatballs ...i have to go to the one on hacienda to get a sandwich!!
