The staff is rude and disrespectful.....I went the 2nd time thinking ok Time passed and no the lady idk how to spell her name but she has attitude and claims to be the manager of minute then the next she's not and waiting for her boss to come in.. my meat (chopped taco meat) was tasting funny sour to be exact and was mushy she said she can't do nothing to wait her boss will call me on Tuesday and never did !!!!! Just went here the other day for the first time. I live across the street basically. I normally buy my steaks from Sam's Club, or when desperate and out of stock, at Walmart. I eat ribeye and T-bones typically. I got both here to try them out. Off the bat, my T-bone was frozen upon purchase, and was still frozen even after sitting in the fridge for a day/night. Love this place! Great cuts of prime proteins! Customer service is always great! The counter crew always have smiles. Best cut of protein for me is their Pichana. I buy 2 at a time all the time. There was a small pricing issue that was cleared up immediately by Mr Alem Ruiz. Believe he may be district manager. Good guy! Great customer service. Gonna be a long time...
