Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in La Vergne

WORST LITTLE CESARS 🍕 EVER!!!! ZERO STARS NOT 1 😡☹️🥵🤢🤮😲I was a regular customer but not anymore. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION IN LAVERGNE TN ANYMORE!!! My last 5 experiences has been the worst of the worst especially the last two times. Make a long story short I went in to get the bestest pepperoni and cheese 2 weeks ago and I waited for it. I noticed the guy who was making my 🍕 was just at the cash register taking money. After touching money which is nasty he never wash his hands and I seen him make my 🍕 without any gloves on. The heavy set guy who made my 🍕 was touching his hair and kept wiping his clothes 🤢 I almost walk out but I paid for it. Him and the other gentleman was cursing loud and talking vulgar language and they had to no respect for customers in the store. I was going to come by the next day and speak to manager but I totally forgot. Yesterday, I order the bestest 🍕 again but I did it online. Originally it said it would be ready in 17 minutes then all of sudden it was ready in 4 minutes. I said to myself joking they probably put a whole a lot of pepperoni on a 5 dollar 🍕 . I open the 🍕 and that’s exactly what they did. It was a 5 dollar 🍕 which they put a whole bunch of pepperoni on it. I couldn’t believe it. There was hardly any cheese on the 🍕 and the pepperoni was loose on the 🍕Obviously When you bake 🍕 the pepperoni is suppose to be melted with the cheese and that wasn’t the case. I told the manager Bubba and he said that’s how he makes the 🍕 and I couldn’t believe he was lying 🤥to me. I couldn’t believe he was a manager. He never suggested if he wanted to make it over or want a refund. I demanded a refund nicely after I explain my complaints. I told him I was regular customer and he acted like he could care less wow. A lot of my friends 👬 eat at that location but...

I would honestly rate this zero if I could.

I placed my order at 5:18 pm expecting to pick it up an hour later. One stuffed crust, one thin crust, both pepperoni.

I arrived around 6:10, a little late for work but noticed the order wasn't ready. I didn't mind waiting a few moments for it to be finished (according to the app, in oven since 5:34).

I told them I was waiting on an online order and was told it wasn't being prepared so they would place it in the oven right then. Not a huge deal, I could wait an extra 10 minutes (I've worked at a pizza place, this is about how long it would take to go through a pizza oven, there is no speed control).

20 minutes later I still did not have a pizza, yet others who had ordered AFTER me had just gotten their pizzas right out of the oven. Not to mention, everyone on staff (ALL 5) goofed around and did next to nothing instead of help out the makeline. Finally, at 6:35 I received ONE pizza, the stuffed crust. And they acted like this was my entire order. Then told they needed to finish up the thin crust. An hour and 20 minutes after I placed the order, they were going to put it in the oven. I told them absolutely not, just to give me whatever pizza they have ready and I'll take the loss.

This isn't my only bad experience here, but certainly the worst. Everyone on staff is responsible for this terrible experience and should be ashamed.

I didn't dare ask for a refund because they'd already tried to skirt around giving someone else there one, instead offering them replacement food. A lot of good that would do me instead of time wasted.

Avoid this LC at ALL COSTS. They don't care about customers. Not enough to make it up to...

This place is terrible!!!! They NEVER have hot and ready pizzas EVER!!! I ordered 2 extra most best pizza on thin crust over the phone in advance so I would not have to wait. The lady I spoke to on the phone, Cindy made it clear they would be ready in 10 min because it only takes 7 min for the pizza to cook. She confirmed that they would be ready at 7:50. I got there around 7:55 (allowing them a little extra time) to pick up my pizzas and had to wait another 10-15 min. THEN they take them out of the oven and they are NOT even extra most best...they are made like a regular pizza with no extra toppings. I will NEVER be back to a Little Caesar’s. They could care less about the service. This happens EVERY Friday night. I have been here multiple times and it’s always the same. Cindy was a smart mouth to me after I had to wait extra time and my order was wrong. She never said I’m sorry it wasn’t right, let me take half off your order...nothing, but she did say I could go somewhere else. This is the wrong mentality to have when dealing in customer service with the public. She should be reprimanded for her poor attitude. I ordered in advance so I wouldn’t have to wait, I had to wait, got the wrong pizzas, and then got a nasty attitude because she didn’t think I should be upset that they screwed everything up. I also ended up paying extra for something I didn’t get. Ridiculous and inexcusable!!!! I expect a call about this...
