I went yesterday between 12:40 p.m. and 12:50 p.m. and went through the Drive Thru. I ordered 3 Bacon King combos, all with the same drink flavor. However, when the cashier told me to “pull up to the window,” I realized she had only entered 1 combo, even though she had repeated the order to me and I clearly said it was 3 combos.
As I slowly approached the window, the cashier opened it but didn’t repeat the order. She just told me the total. The price was so low that I immediately knew she was only charging me for 1 combo. So, I stopped her and calmly explained — assuming it was just a simple mistake — that it was supposed to be 3 combos, since I had ordered 3. She rudely replied, “NO, you only ordered 1 combo.” I responded that maybe there had been a misunderstanding, but I needed 3 combos because I had people with me in the car.
She then said, “I can’t do that, you can’t do that,” and that if I wanted to add more items, I would have to drive all the way around the Drive Thru again and place a new order. I looked over at my passenger, surprised by the cashier’s rude attitude and how illogical her solution was — especially since the Drive Thru was full at the time.
So, we decided to cancel the order and leave due to the cashier’s incompetence and poor attitude. I wouldn’t have minded if she had told me I’d need to wait 20 minutes or park, but seeing her bad attitude and lack of common sense in resolving the issue made us leave. She hadn’t even charged me yet, so she absolutely could have added the two missing combos.

The food was not good and it was cold but that’s ok I can get over that. I can’t get over the rude young lady that was taking orders at the drive through. Never greeted us or even said hello even after we asked how she was doing. Took my card and I have no idea what she did with it but she had it forever and she kept rolling her eyes and I have never had any trouble out of it. I can even get over all that. What I cant get over is the girl shoving the food in my wife’s hand and immediately closing the window after my wife said “thank you so much”. Even a have a good night could have made me happy after that but not a word was said. I understand everyone has bad days I work in a service industry but that’s not a excuse for not being polite. So I called the Burger King store I ordered from to ask if I drove to the store (after spending $37 to have my food delivered so I didn't have to go get it), would he give me the missing food. And that's when I met the rudest, most aggressive manager I've ever met. I literally said "hi, I ordered a family meal for delivery..." And that's when he interrupted me to tell me I needed to call door dash or whoever I ordered from, before ever hearing my question. And I ordered from his store. He then proceeded to talk over me literally every time I tried to speak. Eventually I got my question across but had to drive to the restaurant anyways so I paid extra for nothing and ate cold food.
