I ordered online, which is recommended because when you call the phone just rings and rings. With that being said, I ordered 2 pizzas - at the same time on the same ticket, mind you. The email came through as confirmation that the store had received my order, estimated time to pick up was 15 minutes. Cool, no problems.. I left about 15 mins after I placed the order you know to show grace. When I arrived the “Manager” Bryan was very rude, did not greet anyone coming in the door, in best practice for hospitality it’s the 5 foot/10 foot rule, he did neither, I said hello first and still nothing from him until I walked another 3 feet to the counter, he asked me name… I told him my order, I paid, I am thinking my order should be ready, once again he said nothing just ran back and started making my order… he just let me stand there, I asked if there was a problem. He said he is short help, and he did not make my order, but took my money… hmm a little shady shade.. I counted at least 4 other employees besides him… I kindly reminded him that being short staffed is not the customers problem. I also said to him he let me “pay” for my order it wasn’t even ready. To be honest I would have not waited but he refused to refund my order because he started making my order at this point 40 mins had passed and he tells me five more minutes it was actually 10- he offered me store credit, I laughed. I would never order again from “his” store since he is the manager and is definitely a liar, unprofessional and definitely not a leader. I most definitely told “Bryan” I would be writing him this review and he thought his mean glaring eyes would scare me - actually he encouraged me to write this review, because if he would have been honest from the jump we wouldn’t have a problem- he is definitely a winner with some great morals.. Read moreOn April 30, 2022, I placed an online a Pepperoni Melt (which is supposed to have "extra" pepperoni and "extra" cheese) and a ceasar salad from Marco's in LaVergne. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed the man making the pizza did not have on any gloves, no hair net, or anything covering his long beard. He also was having a spirited conversation, including laughing, over someone's pizza he was making. I refuse to believe spit was not flying out of his mouth onto that pizza. That caused me concern. But, when I received my order I had additional concerns after I looked at my pizza when I got in my car. There were several slices that did not have cheese on the entire slice, in spite of the type of pizza I ordered being advertised as having extra cheese. So I went back into the store and asked the guy not wearing gloves if I received the Pepperoni Melt pizza because the pizza looks like a regular pepperoni to me. His response was: "Don't you see the cheese at the end of the slices?" WRONG QUESTION! After I explained to him I was NOT BLIND and that I thought the pizza was missing cheese, he went on this LOUD diatribe about how the cheese is measured and the sauce was misapplied, blah blah blah. Mind you, I didn't see him measuring cheese on the pizza he was making without gloves and spitting on when I arrived. I walked out while he was talking because I felt my blood boiling and I was about to cuss him out. He yelled at me "HAVE A NICE LIFE!!" as I walked out. I yelled back that he needs to wear gloves and quit talking over people's food when he makes it.
I am not going back to this nasty, rude establishment. Feel free to do so if you want your no cheese pizza man handled...
Read moreI ordered a thin steak and cheese pizza. I guess I got a left over pizza from last night because what it look like and taste like. I’m a regular customer and this by far was the WORSE pizza I had in my LIFE. There was no sauce on the pizza, barely no cheese or steak, and it was burnt, It taste like eating a cardboard pizza. I’ve order this pizza before and I know how it’s suppose to taste and look. I called up to the store to speak to a manager and when I spoke to her she explained she made the pizza..wow...are you kidding me? She further tried to explain how she made the pizza and I’m like I know how it suppose to taste because I had it before. Instead of trying to apologize or suggest for a refund she just made of bunch of excuses and basically wasn’t going to apologize. I thought if a customer has a complaint the manager is suppose to rectify the situation, I guess not. I will never order pizza at that location again. They lost a great customer and I know a lot of people that order Marco there but after I tell them about this they won’t order there anymore. It’s unfortunate because I like Marco Pizza, I guess I’ll be eating at Dominoes or Pizza Hut again! Please don’t go to this location or you will have issues...
