Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in La Vergne

I have a drink that I’ve put together. It’s Sprite with EXTRA sweet cream, EXTRA vanilla and EXTRA strawberries. I LOVE IT!!! 😋 So obviously, you pay extra for what’s suppose to be “the extra” and I understand that and do NOT have an issue with it. It has gotten to whenever I order my drink I have to always ask for extra strawberries because there’s barely any in my drink and remember, I paid for the extra so the extra should be there without question and if the drink was made how I ordered it with ALL the extras then I wouldn’t have to ask for extra strawberries EVERY TIME. Whenever I had to ask for EXTRA strawberries I was told tonight, January 13, 2025 at about 5 PM that I wouldn’t be getting anymore EXTRA strawberries again. I proceeded to tell her that I always get extra strawberries with my drink and she told me it wouldn’t happen anymore and walked off. So instead of trying to get her attention, I just left so there wouldn’t be any kind of argument. There have been other times I’ve had issues with the Lavergne, Tennessee location. One night, a while back I ordered burgers for me and my kids. I count the burgers and the count was right. Get home and I give my kids their burgers and one of them had all the fixings but no hamburger patty. My drink issue and the young employees at this place with attitudes… I will not be back to this location EVER again and I live in LaVergne. I will just go buy all of the ingredients that I’ve always paid extra for and never getting the extras like I should’ve. Yes, I know it’s just a drink, but I ordered this 3, 4, 5 times a week...

You know I understand people can be new perfect! But it's not the it's the same situation every time I go there! I ordered through the app it tells me it'll be ready ASAP as in like tonight it would be ready at 9:09 That's funny because I put my number my stall number in and it says hey they're heading out with it. 10 minutes later I'm hitting the button again where is it you said it was out here I haven't gotten it yet It was a burger and fries a blast and a milkshake cannot be that hard to get it together! And then they said oh well there's a new person in the kitchen I get it but this isn't the first time it's never going to get any better unfortunately it's the closest Sonic to me. But it's never going to get better the fries were so burnt I couldn't eat them and my cat loves fries and he's snarled his nose and walked away I mean I'm just saying when my cat won't eat them that's a problem in the app I play some order say I need a drink carrier because it's just me picking up food for me and my mom then I have to ask again and again for a drink carrier not the first time I've had this problem I try not to post negative reviews just because but it's ridiculous this place is gone straight to not heaven just going to put it that way. Please don't waste your time to go here it's a waste of your time because they will let you set out there forever and then when you ask for a refund because you don't want it because you had to wait for so long oh well we can't do refunds that has to go through the app! This location is TERRIBLE. My husband and I love sonic and we have visited this location many times over the past 2 years since it is close to us. We have gone about once a week give or take. For several months now EVERY time we have gone - literally every single one - they have forgotten something or messed up the order. Not just little things like sauce - whole items. I've had to send them back because they forgot drinks, not to mention the food i realized after i got home. We finally started driving a few minutes out to the smyrna location and they have been wonderful! Tonight my husband and i were craving some milkshakes so he went for a couple shakes and a couple drinks, thinking they cant possibly mess up drinks right? So we decided to give this location one more shot, and sure enough, THEY MESSED UP OUR DRINKS! HOW?! I totally understand mistakes happen and i completely forgive missing food every once in a while, but how does this happen EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. NEVER returing to this location. I dont like leaving bad reviews and we gave this place way too many chances. I'd recommend traveling a few minutes out to a different location just like we will be sure to do every time now, even...
