I rarely ever leave reviews, but the experience my friends and I had at this McDonald's location was beyond disappointing — it was downright disrespectful and degrading. I came in during our break with 2 other friends and placed a fairly large order:
2 Oreo McFlurries
1 Spicy Snack Wrap
2 Small Caramel Frappés
3 Large Fries
2 Bacon Special Gold Deluxe MCcrispy
However, when we received the order, we noticed a few major issues. First, there were 2 extra Spicy Snack Wraps that we did not order. More importantly, both of our burgers, the Bacon Special Gold Deluxe, were completely missing. Naturally, we went back to the window to calmly explain the situation. We told the employee, “We’re not saying you didn’t make the burgers, but it’s possible they were put into the wrong bag.” That’s a fair and reasonable thing to say, especially when dealing with a big order in a fast-paced environment. But instead of working with us to resolve the issue, the staff member became incredibly defensive and aggressive. She started arguing with us and then proceeded to insult us, claiming we were "homeless" and “begging for food.” Excuse me? Even if we were homeless, which we are NOT, how does that justify treating anyone with such cruelty and disrespect? It shows a complete lack of human decency and professionalism. And for the record, we paid for our food for every item. We ended up spending half of our break arguing with this rude staff member, trying to clarify the situation. Not only did we not get the food we paid for, but we were also publicly humiliated in front of other customers. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable from a business, especially one as globally recognized as McDonald's. Employees like this give the brand a bad name. If someone can’t handle basic customer service without lashing out and belittling people, they shouldn’t be working in front of the house. I sincerely hope the management at this location sees this and takes action, because no one and I mean no one deserves to be treated like that over a simple order mix-up. Do better. Please, look through the cameras because you guys should have cameras inside YOUR workplace and seeing every order being made. Read moreI ordered our food special & I also asked for an individual cup of ice. I arrived to the 2nd window & I noticed our drinks an additional cup of water. The guy open the window & hands me our drinks, then also tried to hand me the a cup of water & I said I only wanted ice. He then got my receipt & said it says: it’s a cup of water! I said: no I was want ice only. He proceeded to shut the window as I was talking & I asking the guy can you hand me my food so I can check it? He shut the window…then he come back saying my recipe says water & hands me a cup of water… by this time, I don’t want the water, & I’m still asking for my food. He finally hand my food out, I open my sandwich no onions at all. So, I asked him for a cup on onions because my sandwich had none (this isn’t the first time that I’ve received my sandwich made wrong happens often). Then he also comes to the window with a cup of ice(NO LID) & tries to hand it to me. I looked at him & said: can I please I have a lid & he took it off the cup of water that he’d been trying to give me, then passed it out the window!!! I left there with no onions, cold fries, no dipping sauce, no condiments & no napkins. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. It’s not hard to read the monitor & I repeated my order 3x at the order broad. If you are hired to do a job, do the job you’re paid to do. I didn’t want to wait in line again cause I had already waited over 15 minutes, the inside was packed as well. So I trashed it & went to Sonic. I tried calling the store several times no answer to complain. I didn’t get his name but he’s Mexican & he had a gold chain on! He was super rude & unpleasant! My girlfriend is a big fan of McDonald's breakfast and goes there every weekend. I'm talking her into not going anymore, due to every weekend they mess up on this order! This is a receipt from today it's almost comical how they messed up every weekend lol... Last week they gave us 3 small coffees that we're supposed to be medium! This week they completely forgot the hash browns. So I went into the store like I do practically every weekend! Said you guys forgot something I ask for manager. She first was rude, which I was surprised😒 I told her there are four hash browns missing. She rolled her eyes😶 then she went and grab three hash browns. I said excuse me but there is four. I ordered for big breakfasts, she grab the receipt from my hand and looked at it again and rolled her eyes again😒 and grab the other one and tossed it in the bag like she had something to prove!😠 I simply got mad at that moment! I said thank you for doing your job. She then got mad. And got loud and said don't you start, for all customers to here. So she can look like a strong woman I guess LOL. Which I don't think she should be mad at me she's a manager that messed up. Don't be rude and roll your eyes at a customer. I don't care how hard of a day you're having. I don't do that or act that way in my job, nor do I expect someone to do that to me. I suggest if you're a manager don't roll your eyes at customers and be rude just do your job!!
