EGGSactly — Restaurant in La Verne

Let me start by saying the food is great. Very tasty egg sandwiches. The problem I have is with the people running the place. I place online orders to avoid a long wait time. While I do understand that things happen and expected times can run longer, this place has made it a habit to more than double the time they state initially. Every single time, and I mean EVERY time, I have to wait excessively long for two sandwiches. Today, I ordered and was told it would be 25 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes before leaving my house to make the 20 minute drive over. When I arrive, I see my food isn't ready (it's been 30 mins now), no biggie as I am told I am next. I wait for 25 more minutes at the restaurant and watch 6 orders come out before mine even though I was "next". All I get is a lousy excuse about how everyone is working out of the kindness of their heart and as hard as they can. Wait, are these people volunteering or are they getting paid? I understand things change but I waited an HOUR for 2 sandwiches you said were going to take 25 minutes. I leave irritated and arrive home to a burnt bun and incomplete sandwiches. They literally were missing the main sauce that is standard on them and the bun was charred. I didn't want anything for free, but an explanation on how to navigate your obviously misleading system would have been helpful. Food is great, service is trash, and their wait times are literally out of control. Would be six stars if they could figure out the service aspect.

I’M NOT EGGS-AGERATING WHEN I SAY, I WAS EGG-CITED AND EGG-STATIC, WHEN I WAS INVITED TO BRUNCH AT EGGSACTLY BREAKFAST, WITH VANESSA! My free therapist/friend and I decided to go to brunch this Sunday morning at EGGSACTLY BREAKFAST, for brunch! I’m still on my weight loss journey (my sister calls it my weight loss roller coaster), so I only ordered a breakfast sandwich instead of the French Toast Dippers and Cheesy Hash Brown Fritters! (Insert sad face). I had the Chile Verde Madness Breakfast Sandwich! It was incredible to say the least! I was expecting a smaller slider size blah chile verde size sandwich. Nope I got a full size sandwich! Chile verde spiced and cooked perfectly! The brioche bun, was the perfect choice for the sandwich! (Who doesn’t love a good ol’ brioche bun?) I’ll definitely be back! Customer service was good, for counter ordering. My dining companion was fabulous. Vanessa is always DELIGHTFUL and a HOOT!
